This was the first time i have brought a car from unity coventry.as i was concerned about going to the dealership because of covid Jack Key arranged a virtual viewing, answered any questions, emailed me all documents.
jack could not have been more helpful.Every time i rang them the young lady on the telephone was very pleasant as well, which does make a differance. GREAT SERVICE.

This is my second car brought from unity Coventry. The service I received was excellent I must recommend this company for service and customer service even if you have a problem they will sort out any issues right away . The staff are exceptional when dealing with them from service to sales to parts all excellent. I would like to mention Jack Keys for his service to company they all deserve 5 star rating from me. Had my jeep booked in for 2nd year service today at unity balsall common! Jeep affiliated service garage, use genuine Jeep mopar parts etc!
What a friendly bunch, and so helpful.. great service and clean car after... especially when it was half the price of Johnson’s fancy new garage in Solihull which is nearer to where I live!! Certainly won’t be using them ever!! How can you possibly charge £200 more for the same service !!
Well done Unity will definitely use you for any problems if I get any !! And future services. Keep up your friendliness it goes a long way.

I recently bought a ssangyong musso sarecen in red. Considering I didn't really want a red one. I absolutely love it. Red hard top fitted. Looks great vehicle performs brilliant on any road. Went up the lake district. Good to see farmers buying them. That tells me they are value for money I would not hesitate to suggest people try the brand. Thankyou for a great truck

Booked an appointment with Matt at Balsall Common MG to test drive a vehicle, I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes, I was not even given a courtesy, sorry my other appointment is running over. 2 other sales personnel told him I was waiting. I gave up and left. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Maybe some customer training would be more appropriate for this person!

Popped in on my way home tonight as a warning light came on and wasn't sure what it was. They sales guys and the mechanic Olly at kidlington where great ,really helpful got my car sorted straight away. Always happy to help . I never worry with my jeep as they always take good care of it.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. After going to a different MG dealer first and getting horrendous service, Jess was an absolute dream, really lovely, super helpful and willing to let me try my kit in the boot to make sure it would fit, sorted out an extended test drive to allow for real life driving experience and sorted everything out quickly and effortlessly. Would definitely recommend to friends and will return for future vehicle needs. A*** service 👍

I bought an approved used Subaru from Unity. Through several enquiries via phone and email and then to test drive and purchase, Matt was patient, responsive and courteous. A very good sales person.. A good experience at Unity, and I love the car too!

After ringing three or four Subaru dealers to enquire whether the ex demonstrator they were advertising included a spare wheel, Matt, at Unity Leicester was the only one to say yes they would include it in the price.
He made it easy to come from the Isle of Man to view the car, collecting us from the airport.
He made the whole experience very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, if this is typical of the standard set at Unity I highly recommend them,

Price is important but customer service and the ‘feel’ of a car dealership is the real clincher.
We visited a number of dealerships in our search for a new Subaru Forester, all were very helpful but the ‘standout’ was Unity Coventry.
On the eve of the New Year, Eric the e-boxer is safely parked on our drive, so we would like to offer a big thank you to Jack for patiently guiding us through Project 6 Stars.

Just bought our EV from Unity. Very efficient, informative and friendly staff. I would highly recommend using them.

We have bought two MGs from this dealer in the past six months. The service we received the first time was excellent which was why we went back. We would highly recommend Unity.

We brought a car yesterday from unity Leicester and we are very happy, Matt was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with! We would 100% recommend this company especially Matt!
The car so far seems to be just what we need!
Also the lady that we also dealt with (unfortunately I don’t know her name) was very lovely, kept us informed and made the whole experience pleasant by chatting my young children and including them, she took time in making sure we were all ok while paperwork was completed!
