THE SERVICE IS CATERED TO FIT AROUND THE CUSTOMER, WHICH YOU DON'T GET VERY OFTEN. I DEAL WITH PORSCHE/MERCEDES DEALERSHIPS AT PRESENT BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CARA AT UNITY IS WAY AHEAD.

Another visit to Unity Balsall Common and another experience filled with welcome, friendliness and helpfulness. All sections from reception through sales and service departments could not have been more supportive and informative. Nothing was too much trouble to try all alternatives backed up with comprehensive and clear explanation on vehicles to packages on offer. Came away with an excellent value for money car which was prepared and explained to a high standard in an excellent turn round time.
Would recommend without hesitation. Good luck , to all the team, here's future success.

Recently had work carried out at unity garage balsall common. I found the service was fantastic. I was looked after by Cara and her service was impeccable from start to finish.

I have been impressed by the excellent service received from the service department particularly. My new jeep was sourced from a dealer some considerable distance from my house but Unity treat me with the same level of courtesy & interest as if the car was purchased from them. They have resolved the minor issues relating to the manufacturers updates to the software which emanated from the factory in Italy & not Balsall Common. Grateful thanks to everyone involved both at the front desk & the workshop.

Bought a car from them and it was so easy. No high pressured selling tactics, very straightforward and friendly to deal with. Thanks to Glen who provided really good service and was very professional. I would recommend Unity to all my family and friends!

Top quality service! Jessica was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the product was excellent. She answered any questions we had, explained everything in detail and didn’t make anything seem too complicated. Everything went smoothly. She made our visit such a pleasant experience!

Carstins again let the customer down. Am just about to complain when I get the name of the general manager and will copy John Mathers - Managing Director - who gives the who are we statement on their website.

This is a service contract issue and total lack of customer service ethic issue.

Since sending my letters of complaint, the manager phoned, has rectified the situation to my satisfaction and promised to sit down with the staff , review what happened and make improvements.

I was in the market for an i10 and having been promised great cars and then subsequently been let down several times, even by Hyundai Mansfield, I went to look at an i10 at Unity Leicester.The car was better than described and Matt Deeley was super helpful and honest and I now own it! Give these guys a chance if you are in the market for an honest car. Great service guys, well done.
