Good service and delivery but sadly product was faulty from new and had to be replaced by agent. All done now and so far ok. Seems there was a recall on some models. Check recall on products before purchasing

None existent customer service!! I ordered 4 pairs of headphones but ended up ordering them separately which ended up costing me a small fortune in postage and packing so I emailed them to ask them to send them together to save my postage as I ordered them all within minutes of each other, I never got a response so after waiting a couple of days I emailed them again and yet again I never received a response! Even if they couldn’t accommodate my question just a simple email back would have been enough just to let me know either way. Also I have only received 2 lots of these headphones after ordering them several weeks ago now. I will message them to enquire where my others are but I won’t hold my breath for a response!

Sent back a few times constantly being Fobbed off. Spoke to trading standards , Thames valley police and action fraud . Phone has been inspected at apple and confirmed as a fake so will be taking the matter to small
Claims court to pursue a full refund for my daughter .
If you read various reviews on websites you will see that this a common occurrence .

I've used this company in the past and have had some minor problems with all the phones Ive had. Only ever expected the phone to last about a year. The last one I bought however was a 5s and is complete junk. Its as though the battery is useless. Contacted them the first time and they told me to make sure I was using a genuine firewire, which I was. Bought another genuine cable and it was still the same. Persevered with this for about 3 months until I could take no more. Contacted them again and they asked to me to return it to them in its original packaging (as if I would stil have it). They advised me that they will check it over and "refirbish" it (hasn't that supposed to have been done already?). Whole process likely to take about 7 days. Big question is, how do I manage without a phone for 7 days? This is my business phone - AVOID
