Really love my headphones! The sound quality is great. 10/10 would recommend

I kinda like both the company and the product.. however..

When they were new i really liked the sound and the ergonomic fit. I have had several buds in the past and no one have had as good of a fit in my ears as the urbanista London... However.. they are not perfect.

I bought my urbanista london 19 month ago and the batteries are finished by now.. They will only get 10-50% charge by now. I did expect a modern product to last longer than that.

Have had problems with pairing last 6 month and in the most recent months have the right earbud become very quiet compared with the left one.

The pause when not removed bug/feature have bothered me since day one. Can't use a real hat during the cold swedish winter because of all the pausing of my tunes/pods... This is a feature that you can not turn off according to Urbanista support.

ANC tho is adequate for the pricerange. It have been the feature that have kept the earbuds in my pocket.

My wife have a pair of Urbanista Stockholm and have had similar experience with bluetooth paing issues. The quality of the stockholm seems to be a bit higher tho.. They are still working fine after 30 month of use.

I have now bought a pair of soundpeats and the fit is better, the sound is better, the ANC is better and the price is better(half price).... If they only last for 9 months they will be a lot better option than My urbanista Londons.

Excellent product, perfect design, long lasting battery, easy to use, to pair and to charge as we don't need a cable! I highly recommend!

Despite having a return policy, they do not follow along with this. I bought a pair of in-ears from them and was unhappy about the charing of the in-ears in the case. I wrote to them, according to their return policy, and waited several days to get a reply. After that, I wrote again, and then someone replied with a standard reply, "blah bla if not sealed bla bla" as I wouldn't use a product that I bought a few days ago.
Now I had to contact my lawyer/insurance to argue with them.

My headphones broke after 5 weeks due to the poor quality of the headband. They were efficient with the warranty and placed a new order for me. I have been trying to get in touch for a month thru the support@ and I have not received the headphones nor a tracking nr yet. My order number is #5648. There's no number I can call to so I don't really know what to do any more.

the worst experience of customer service I have EVER had in my life so far. I regret the moment i ordered their earbuds and I am never ever ordering anything from that company. I am waiting for 4 months to get their product that i paid and they are not responding to any of my weekly emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They responded only 3 times inbetween to ask fgor my address cause they got it ''incorrectly'' the first time and they told me the product will be send. I still have nothing.

It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order, the customer service is terrible they do not answer to the emails!! I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend ordering from Urbanista, their service is beyond ridiculous ….

First time i bought my urbanista Athens for working out, they died on me so I asked for a refund. They came back to me and send me new ones. Couple months later they died again.

Now I have been waiting FOUR MONTHS for my refund.and nothing has changed. If mailed then almost 50 times. It’s a very shady company.

They look nice, but they stop working properly in 2 years. Not reliable with Bluetooth connection. Sometimes doesn't want to connect, no matter what you do (forget all the devices, restart, charging, etc.)

I bought the Miami headphones and after having the Beats Studio 3’s, the quality is unreal. ANC is nearly as good as beats, I’d argue the bass is better quality in the Miami headphones. Sound quality isn’t quite as good as the beats but for £200 less I can’t really argue. Money for value arguably the best headphones on the market

Terrible service. Terrible support. 6 days after the order was made did not hear anything from them at all. I wrote myself, I received a response, that there is an order, but they have to look for information regarding the delivery (How‘ that?!) After this silence again. On the 10th day, I canceled the order, because normally no one can wait that long, especially if it was supposed to be a gift. On the 13th day I receive information with tracking. I see that the parcel was sent on the 12th day after the order. How is that? I canceled it on the 10th day! I'm just shocked, but they don't care, because support does not respond to my indignation and does not respond to letters for 5 days. Save your nerves and don't order from them!

I really like this company, their style is amazing and their products are in great quality. My first product of theirs was Urbanista London which is Bluetooth earbuds, after almost 2 years of usage I upgraded to Urbanista Seoul, the choice I made was great and no regret at all. If you order something, I will come soon. Another plus point :)

Great headphones ! Sound is really good, battery is gr8 and the world’s first solar powered headphones and ive had them for 1-2 weeks now and use them almost everyday and still hasent charged them 💪🏽👌🏽👌🏽

As the website urbanista.com provides only limited product information, lacks the possibility to make product comparisons and even the possibility to read the reviews I contacted Urbanista product support to get help in choosing the right product for my purposes. I was recommended Seoul model. However, as I asked to compare this one with London and Paris models the answer was "Aside from its awesome design, the main advantage of Seoul is it's good for gaming are good for gaming." I repeated that I am not interested in gaming and then asked again whether there are some advantages in other models (London, Paris) this Seoul does not have. The answer I got was: "Sorry, but we don't any earphones that's specifically design for training or the likes. You may visit our website though to see any updates with all our available products."

Urbanista customer SUPPORT provided by Urbanista HELP center provides nonexistent, misleading and totally confusing "advice". And then finally gives the "advice" to take a look at the website!

Apparently the employees working at the customer support/help center either don't know even the vary basics about the products or don't bother to give proper answers. They are just getting paid.

Superfast delivery. Great look and the sound is just amasing. Love them!

I bought the London Bluetooth headphones about one year ago and loved them ever since. I used them during horseback riding, workouts, for work calls or everything else. Just now
after 1 year they had some issues in a stable Bluetooth connection. I contacted urbanista and they sent me a very good step by step instruction, that could have helped. In my case it didn't, but my product was replaced within days. Amazing service by Ralph. Super product from urbanista. I highly recommend. 🎧🤍

Though their products, get reasonable reviews for audio quality, don't expect them to stand the test of time with regards to endurance, particularly their bluetooth cordless range.

The batteries don't hold their charge and lose capacity quite quickly so playing times get shorter and shorter, and then after a few months one or both ear pieces start to lose audio definition (buds in my case, but the headphone suffer similarly for what I've read), so that the sound quality then becomes dreadfully poor.

Their customer service response is frequently dreadfully, and dismissive of the problems you'll undoubtedly encounter, so don't expect an replacements or much of a polite response. The best they'll seem to offer is a minor discount buying a new pair off earbuds etc.
My recommendation is to look at other brands where the customer is treated with respect and not a money fund.
You have been warned.

I love my urbanista Miami. Great design with good sound quality, noise cancelation and long lasting batery life. The hard case provided has kept it like new while carrying them around. Around the 9th month (of intense use) it started to fail. It was refreshing to see Customer care(Ralph) take in my concerns about the device fault and provide the needed support. Will definitely continue to advocate for Urbanista. Keep up improving and releasing new products.

I have the Urbanista London and it is really disturbing that there is no way to connect them to my phone without autostarting music on it. There is no way to disable this on the phone and no way to disable "ear detection" when taking them right out of the box. If you just want to take them out of the box to call somebody, music will start and you will need to stop it manually. Urbanistas support is no help at all.
