My Guide was very informative, helpful, thorough and polite. When I needed more information he patiently and carefully explained in greater depth my queries. There was no sense of being coerced, quite the opposite. I've had dealings with health insurance companies before and also with my new provider, BUPA and I now feel reassured about being looked after in a professional manner. Well done and many thanks to my Guide and BUPA. I would definitely recommend Usay Compare to anyone for their fairness and excellent service.

Easy set up
The guy who set it up for me, Bondi was very helpful and informative. He explained the policy clearly and kept the bullet points simple. I felt that he chose the best policy for me, as he listened to what I had to say before proceeding.

The person that we spoke to on the phone was excellent. He skilfully took us through all our options taking into account what we required. He explained in detail each option and set our account. Very good experience indeed.
