I was very impressed with Will Messenger's advice given and his patience answering all of my questions. I have just had a follow up call from Will and he answered any further questions that I had. Will has made the daunting process of comparing policy details much easier and I feel confident that we have the right policy in place for us

I am very satisfied with the experience I had with the agent and the final product arranged for me- a private health insurance offered at a very reasonable rate. The agent kept in touch regularly throughout and was pleasantly tenacious in ensuring that the product was the right one for me. The arranging of the policy was seamless.

Understanding and helpful customer service
Shanice was understanding, friendly and extremely helpful. Although Usay were unable to assist us in this particular instance with an ongoing dispute we have with one of the insurance companies on their books, Shanice went above and beyond to support us for which we were very grateful.

Excellent staff
I wasn't looking forward to sorting out private health cover but Mark Ingram was excellent at talking me through the options and sharing all the information in an extremely clear and concise way. He made the whole thing extremely easy and was a joy to speak to about all the matters involved. Can't rate Mark highly enough.
