In my experience, using Usay Compare was completely pointless.

The whole reason I used a broker was because I expected them to make the process easier and explain my options clearly. Instead, they got in the way and made a straightforward situation far more complicated than it needed to be.

I contacted them because I wanted my policy not to renew. Following the advice I received, my policy ended up being treated as cancelled early, and I was left paying over £1,300 for medical treatment that I believed was covered.

What disappointed me most was the lack of clear communication and the way my complaint was handled. I never felt that responsibility was taken for the confusion or the consequences that followed.

If I could do it again, I wouldn’t use a broker at all. I would deal directly with the insurer. Based on my experience, using Usay Compare added an unnecessary layer of confusion instead of making things simpler.

Outstanding service from Tom Bedford he listened he didn't rush me and he offered the best product for us. Highly recommended and for what I thought was going to be a stressful experience was simple and easy.
