Always use vapemate. Do not get my juices anywhere else. Great value and great service everytime.

Very good UK/EU site . Lots of delicious juices

I placed and paid for an order almost two weeks ago and have received nothing. I have emailed and phoned the company and have received no response. I am wonder whether I have been scammed and whether this company is real. Very poor service.

Made an order, Paid overnight delivery and the delivery didn't arrive. APC (the Courier company) advise the driver didn't deliver as he just finished his shift and my package would be with me the week after (paid for overnight delivery). Contacted Vapemate to ask for a refund for the 4.99 delivery cost, had no reply for days, so I message via the website's chat and was told

"On infrequent occasions, Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned. We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services but will operate in line with their policies in such an event." and

"In line with there policy it has to be 2 working days late"

Poor customer service when trying to resolve issues with faulty electrical goods. No response to emails what so ever.

I was looking to try some new eliquid so I thought I would give them a try what a mistake
rhubarb and custard artificial chemical taste no hint of either flavor
pina colada overly sweet, not pleasant
not expensive but anything you pour down the sink is bad value

I've been using Vapemate for years. First buying regular eliquid, then shortfills then more recently DIY eliquid. Lots of flavours, normally quick delivery, choice of delivery options, loyalty is rewarded with savings.

The real test for a company is how they react when they make a mistake. I recently had an order that was messed up when I received it (several wrong items). With quick replies through email a Vapemate employee immediately accepted fault and apologised, in a human way, told me to keep the incorrect items, and she promptly arranged to send me the missing items which arrived within a couple of days.

My only complaint of Vapemate is that they stopped using DPD. I love DPD because you can track them and know when they are going to deliver, and you can state on the DPD app where you want your parcel left if you are not going to be in. With the replacement, APCovernight, you have absolutely no idea when they are going to come so you can either stay in all day or take the risk and go out (obviously they always deliver during that one hour when you are out!) To those reading, there are also Royal Mail options, but I did enjoy the free courier options with DPD for orders over £50.

Can’t rate Vapemate highly enough. Delivery was super quick, they do voucher codes which is nice as you can save a little bit on your orders. Free delivery over a certain amount and great customer service by phone and e-mail.

I messed up my own order by buying the wrong ohm coils. I didn’t try the coil until a couple of weeks after I received my order, realised they weren’t what I liked and after calling Vapemate they were happy for me to send the unopened boxes back for an exchange for the ones I wanted. Stacey who I dealt with was very helpful stayed in contact through the whole process and sent the new coils out to me the same day they received them back. She sent them by courier and has not charged me for the postage. Stacey went over and above what I was expecting.

I haven’t really stuck to one e-cig supplier before as they haven’t ticked all the boxes but I will now be sticking with Vapemate for sure.

A great company to deal with, I found them super helpful and efficient on the phone. I love the eliquid flavours and it's great quality, The price is very good, I have tried many other brands but Vapemate have came out tops for me.

After being a customer for several months, an order I made was sent to the wrong address. I contacted Vapemate and they told me it was my fault, despite my address being saved to my account. They refused to admit any blame or offer any kind of refund. I guess they thought the cost of that one order was worth more than my continued custom.

The only good thing to come of it was that I have since realised that Vapemate grossly overprice some of their products and I have since found the same quality for a quarter of the price elsewhere.

I was waiting 4 days for dispatch, batteries was just thrown in the package without any protection. Amazing. It was my first and probably last order.

Always quick and always correct. Wouldn't use any other e-liquid

Offer cashback on a website, only to decline transactions as customers have "broken the terms and conditions". Lots of customers having the same problem. Doesn't really inspire trust. Delivery sometimes slow, but otherwise, the products have always been good. Customer service though somewhat lacking.
