Lovely, good quality earrings with prompt delivery to Australia. We were alerted they had been delivered however I couldn't find them. When I contacted customer service they were prompt and polite in their reply. We located the package and I got a lovely happy response from them. I would definitely purchase from Vassias again. I love my earrings. I really appreciated their response to my concern over length of time of delivery…I just needed to be a bit more patient. But really was happy to have them respond. Great service quality!

Resolved! Was: Can't get product after 3 months
The product that I ordered was stuck in my local delivery and I was fast in blaming Vassias. The guys promptly resent the item to me again. Now I got the product, all is fine. Great thanks and my deep apologise to Vassias.

FRAUDSTERS
I ordered earrings from this company and paid in advance. The earrings did not arrive. The company assures me that were delivered to me but they were not. They sent me 2 different trackings showing they were delivered at different times! I was at home at both times. They then said the earrings were delivered by Hermes, but Hermes told me the tracking number does not correspond with my postcode! Despite repeated emails to the company they have failed to either return my money or replace the earrings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

False advertisment and poor customer service
I ordered 2 times from them,
in the first order I was supposed to get a free item, since they were advertising 2+1 action, and I've ordered earrings as a free item.
It clearly stated I will be getting them, but when my package arrived I only got the items I paid for.
I've been going back and forth with their customer service and getting false promises about my item being shipped.
You have nice jewelry, but I would NEVER order from you again. items aren't cheap and advertising falsely free items will make you loose customers and get reviews like this!
