I recently moved over from Nordic Spirit to Velo because I was massively interested in their flavours and the fact they DO a subscription so you can save money each month. Velo has never failed to impress me, the flavours I like the most and will continue using are Orange Spark, Mango Flame, Wintry Watermelon and the new flavours I ordered yesterday were Purple Grape and Ruby Berry.
The delivery time was great as they dispatch same day and get them to you the following day, a truly amazing experience and will definitely continue ordering from them.

My order had not turned up. I’ve never had an issue before, so I emailed customer services and they were very quick to get back to me. They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. This has not put me off using velo. It’s just made me trust them a little more, due to how well they dealt with my issue.

Bought 10 coffee flavour tubs. Used then all the time had problems with the first 3 tubs split pouches in them so I ask to change the 7 I didn't open and the 3 I opened with dust on them from broken pouches. I sent photos every thing to them and they offered me 1 tube to say sorry. I said that is not what I want I wanted a replacement. They said they would send return labels never heard from them since so going to open case with PayPal.

Yet again my old card details are being defaulted resulting in a subscription not being delivered. I am sick of trying to sort this out. Why don't Velo make their website as simple as others? This is the fourth month in a row, and it's getting tiresome to say the very least.

I had a problem with a delivery of an order which never arrived so I contacted customer service. Nora went above and beyond to fix this issue for me quickly and efficiently too. Best customer service I have ever received!

Made contact with customer services as one of the pouches had ruptured on arrival, I only wanted to know if it would be ok to use with the innards exposed on the other pouches. Very prompt responses and a replacement can in the post (unexpectedly). Very pleased with the service.
