I dealt with Esma in customer service today and have done so in the past, and what is worth noting is the excellent customer service and communication that she provides. She is an asset to Velo.
In regards to Velo, the product is the best on the market in my opinion, and their dispatch times are rapid. If I place my order today I know always receive product the following day.

Regular customer at Velo - only ever had one issue with a tub not being the quality it should but the team sent me out a free tub and apologised. Always have good loyalty programmes and the product is great.

Had a broken pouch in a can I bought in person (unfortunately didn’t retain my receipt) which I reported to Velo’s support team. Esma handled my query quickly and politely and offered me loyalty points to go towards my next order which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Esma!

The worst online purchase experience. I placed an order which I did not receive for almost a month. I reach out to their customer care only to be said that they need my passport details to verify my name before they place the order.
There was no mention of it in their website, or in the order confirmation email. I have no issues with their confirming my ID, but the whole experience was sloppy and terrible.
With utter frustration, I asked to cancel the order. They were not willing to even cancel my order without seeing a copy of my passport.
Customer service is the best I have ever seen. I appreciate it very much.

Bought a can from my local store to find 3 empty pouches inside, contacted customer service and they swiftly resolved this by sending me a replacement can. The customer service agent (Bianca B) was friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole experience.

Excellent brand, excellent customer service!
I had a slight issue with the delivery side of it which was down to the courier, spoke to Nora and helped me through the process of what to do about this, was very helpful! Velo are by far the best brand I’ve tried and would recommend to anyone.

I had a problem where Evri had lost my order but after submitting a claim with Velo they were able to quickly respond and offer me a refund or a new order.
I have also had great experiences ordering with good pricing and quick delivery so would recommend to anyone who is already a nicotine user but obviously not encourage people getting addicted who are not already.

Put an order in ten days ago but still hasn’t been delivered. Evri…. Got in contact with velo in customer chat and spoke to Gabor was amazing service problem was resolved within minutes. 5 star customer service. Another batch of velo pouches sent straight away.
