Disgrace of a company
I think this company have absolutely no ethics or moral compass. I went to subscribe to a dating site because I am lonely. I did this by SMS. I soon realised that all the profiles were fake and full of prostitutes and persons trying to con you.I have Asperger's Disorder, complex PTSD, OCD and borderline personality disorder. It seemed like there was a cooling off period of 14 days and I could cancel my subscription and account. However I wanted to speak to someone by phone. It was extremely hard to find there number and when I did and spoke to someone they said I couldn't get my money back. They have basically conned me out of £40.
They should be shut down as they are a disgrace especially to vunerable persons. Why in a country like ours is a company like this able to operate
Wicked crooks
Wicked crooks.
Signed up my autistic son to undateables for him to meet others who share his condition. Could see nobody else with disabilities. Mainly prostitutes and hustlers. Once they have your card details they sneak out extortionate payments.
They should be deeply ashamed of themselves.

This place is disgusting my son has a disability I signed him up to undateables.co.uk website avoid avoid avoid!!!! After paying the initial £24.95 which was a monthly subscription to see how it was, nothing but fake profiles, loads of pop up ads, no replies, girls whom have there pics on multiple different ads, a lot of model looking pictures very glossy nothing in line with how the site is labeled I could not visually see anyone with any disability’s which is the purpose of people joining. Total an utter garbage and fake!! I used a bank account I don’t use often to register him as was only trying so when they attempted to take another payment the account was empty they messaged my son and told him payment could not be taken and therefore they would attempt again on the 13th of august told him his membership had been downgraded and if that payment fails he would have to update new payment details to continue to be a full paying member. This message was discovered around august 20th so I was not bothered as the funds were not available and I thought with what they had said the 13th august would be there last attempt the account was downgraded unless he updated details and stated otherwise. Luckily I noticed today I was browsing my bank accounts and saw on Sep 27th this company had taken money, I then saw the same thing august 30th which was way beyond the last date of trial they stated august 13th this company had taken 3 payments despite my son being told after august 13th no payments would be taken and the account is downgraded until he updates details. I will be reporting this to my bank as it is misguiding and it took a while for me to even conclude who this company was linked to and find out. How utterly nasty these people are taking money from vulnerable people with needs being mis-sold a service total scum!!!! Avoid such sites avoid these guys!! Completely your just as nasty as the sites who use your service as your supporting them but being there paying system. You should investigate the people you put your name behind instead of just taking money from innocent vulnerable people.

Scammers!
They charged me for their subscription without my permission. Customer service would not help. Avoid at all cost. Reported them to the bank as a fraud.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID !!.
My membership was due to expire on the 3rd of August. I went through the correct procedure and cancelled on the 2nd of August. Venntro still took £29.95 out of my account on the 3rd August and refused to refund it and also refuse to let me access the site !!. Avoid them like the plague, they are crooks of the highest order.
Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Advertising a disabled dating site and sharing details with other dating sites.
Leaving some extremely vulnerable people wide open to abuse from sexual predators from other groups that assume that they are all able bodied.
Well done 😡
Fraudulent card dealings
When I put in my card it tried to charge me 4 times. Fortunately it was picked up by the fraud team of my card.
DO NOT SIGN UP!
DO NOT! sign up with a card to any of Venntro's dating sites. This company run multiple dating sites and all the people are just lumped together so if you sign up for the Eco + Green singles say you will be put in the rest of the many companies dating sites. The free one messages service they claim does not work full stop! The site is awash with fake and spam accounts and once they start taking money from your cards you will find it hard to stop them SO DO NOT SIGN UP WITH A CARD! In fact, just give the whole of their sites a miss! They have been investigated a number of times now and should not be still online in my view! KEEP CLEAR! you have been warned. Rob.
What a Scam
What a scam! Fake profiles, multiple profiles of the same person, fake messages generated by the site, years old photos, fake photos, 50% blank profiles. What few women there are don't give a fig, they're freeloading while men pay.
Absolutely the worst sites on the internet. Keep it in your pants guys, nothing worthwhile here, and keep your money in your pocket.

The sites send you messages all the time and when you have a look they are ALWAYS De activated accounts, what's the point? Its just one big SCAM, keep away!!!!
Filth filth filth and no customer service.
Joined for a chance to meet a new partner however after not getting a single reply to any of my messages I started getting emails offering one night stands and naughty sex complete with graphic filthy pictures.
I have contacted customer support 12 times and not one response. I cancelled my account and profile but have received over 100 emails form these dirty people since Friday 7th May.
Stay away unless you want to be bombarded with filthy images night and day.
Fraudulent Transactions - Posting as a Warning to Others
I was charged £16.52 out of the blue on a Saturday evening, thankfully I was watching YouTube on my phone so I saw the notification and immedialy blocked my card and reported the transaction as fraud. Now it's the last few days before payday but even if this was a legitimate transaction (which again I must reiterate it is not) I wouldn't have had enough funds in the account to even consider purchasing this before I get my salary so I definitely knew it wasn't something I'd bought and the transaction was showing as another name. And the most glaringly obvious of all, especially to me, is that I do not use my debit card online other than through PayPal for things that won't accept credit cards.
I did a little digging online and apart from trustpilot and another review site there wasn't much to go on but the general consensus was it was a scam. When I saw it was related to dating sites I was confused because not only have I not been on a dating site in over 2 years when I met my partner and we've been together ever since. I've also never paid for a dating site either. When I went to the website directly there was a little banner pop up immediately with a link to why have I been charged, a bit odd for that to be the first thing people see. The alarm bells started ringing even louder when I got to that page and in amongst the vague "oh you must have signed up for a dating site" they had a box for your email and said that if you want to find out what subscription(s) just send them it and they will tell you what apps your subscribed to. I have a background in cyber security and fraud so I stayed clear. After some trouble I found the customer service email and I've emailed asking for the money to be refunded immediately but it being the weekend I've heard nothing back.
So imagine my surprise when half an hour later I began getting various charges for £130 for elitedating_nl. Thankfully my card is blocked but I am filled with dread and anxiety at the thought of the same thing happening again with my replacement card. I am a poor millennial in a minimum wage job living in a small town, there's no way on this earth I'd be on elite singles of all dating sites.
This type of scam is relatively well known to people who deal with fraud as part of their job. It's usually pretty successful to. What happens is a small-ish amount will be charged to your card. If this charge isn't successful you are usually left alone. However, if it goes through they now know the cards details (which have either been stolen or randomly generated by a computer) are correct and will charge higher values repeatedly until they are blocked. Now usually these charges are for dating sites, porn or escort services and this is specifically so people feel embarrassed about phoning their bank and reporting the fraud. The only thing you can do is be vigilant of your accounts (including your credit cards and any other bank accounts etc) and reporting the fraud to the bank and requesting you get a new card.
FRAUD!!!!
FRAUD! They took 20€ at first from my N26 bank account. I directly blocked my card. After that they tried again to get 10€ from my account, but due to blocking they couldn´t. I can´t believe it. As I see I am not the first victim. I ordered a new N26 card with new numbers, but I am afraid if that will help. I read that some others had the same problems with the new card.
I try it once, otherwise I will cancel N26 completely. Don´t know if it is them or VENNTRO MEDIA.
By the way I never heard of VENNTRO MEDIA (Dating platform) before and I am sure I never signed in a dating thing like that cause I am in a happy relationship for some years. That is so stupid & sneaky. How did they got my details?
Be carful guys and block your card as soon as possible!!!
I don't believe it!
I don't believe that the banks and the fraud squads over numerous countries show little or no effort to STOP this criminal bunch of fraudsters. I even rang the laughingly called "fraud" team at Nationwide a few weeks ago and said do NOT let any direct debits from this company be accepted.
They texted me that the "dispute" was resolved, changed my bank card number, sent me a replacement card and guess what................ 2 weeks later another £69.95 taken from my account. I know very well that Nationwide are probably the worst bank I have ever been with regarding anything that can be called Customer Service but considering the size and apparent reputation of this bank they and every organisation that could easily bring criminal justice into play seem to either turn a blind eye or happy for us to be ripped off.
I'll be ringing them later and ask what the F their fraud team do. it takes me a simple google search to find in 1 minute that they are known as a fake in various countries. I'll also be going to their address in Slough shortly too. Probably fake but if any of their scum employees do happen to work there they will really wish they didn't

Fraudulent scam artists
Out of the blue had Venntro Media UK try to take £13.37 out of my account. I keep my money in a separate pot and move it back to the main card whenever I want to buy something, so luckily the payment declined as it said I didn’t have the funds.
After googling Venntro media, I saw that it was some sort of dating website. Well, I am happily married of 4 years so not using any dating websites! If this happens to you, report it to your bank and get a new card or get them to block any future payments.
Mature dating rip off
Mature dating. Clicked on one month trial and they took money for 5 months. It takes 8 steps to cancel the damn thing. When you email you get computer generated replies. Called my bank in the end to block payments. Terrible company.
Scam
Scam. Ring your bank if you notice a payment from them. Report as fraud immedietly!
