Highly recommended
Excellent communications, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fitting was quick and simple and a great deal with free extras. We checked out other suppliers before deciding on Ventura, and our choice was validated with William and tom's professionalism.
We purchased a 270 awning previously…
We purchased a 270 awning previously and unfortunately had issues, these though were swiftly sorted out by William, Charlotte and the team. We have now purchased a roof tent with awning and side awning from Ventura. Great customer service, extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
Good quality / price and service
Being not totally sure whether we wanted a roof tent and bewildered by the options William took all the time to explain and show us the different options and how it all comes together. Good price / quality and excellent service so what is not to like.
Five stars for a reason
I’ve never given any business five stars but truly can’t fault Ventura, I discussed on the phone what I needed and agreed on an awning and price, they sent me an invoice which was paid and the order appeared on Apple Pay and tracking, almost immediately I received tracking from DHL and Ventura so I knew exactly what was going on, it arrived today in the agreed time slot and I fitted it within 30 minutes. Absolutely no stress or misinformation why the hell can’t all companies be like this.
From the first enquiry to the call back…
From the first enquiry to the call back I got was none stop helpful. Even parts I needed for my pre owned rooftop tent. Ventura had it sorted. New cover no problem✅ poles for windows no problem ✅ how to fit new cover. Links to how to ✅. Even new product information on thermo inner for colder weather. Unfortunately I’m a fair weather camper. But never say never. Now I know where to buy add on’s from. As by the way was really good price. Highly recommend Ventura for quality and outstanding customer services and dare say aftercare if it was ever required.
Amazing service top quality products.
I had a pleasure to meet William today at Ventura HQ spent great time talking about camping technicalities and available products and accessories, spent more money than planned but I basically couldn’t resist the deals I was offered.
I left this nice place happy and convinced that all my shopping will give me more amazing time on my future adventures.
It’s not my first tent but surely te best I ever had.

I have purchased a roof tent previously…
I have purchased a roof tent previously (10+)years ago , been all over south England using it. Extremely easy to set up and take down. Very comfortable, best thing is you can leave your bedding/sleeping bags and pillows in there when packing up. The quality is as good if not better than the “very” expensive brands. With 10+ years absolutely no wear on fabric/zips etc. It is expected that the rain cover looks a bit tired due to a lot of Road and off road use, but it still don’t leak. Purchasing from Ventura roof tents is a breeze very good customer service and especially after sales care is top notch. I recently wanted more accessories from them and 10+ years later they still remembered who I was. Thank you William and team. Couldn’t rate them any higher - JC
Absolutely fab customer service
Absolutely fab customer service, they answered my questions helpfully and efficiently before I purchased one of their pull out awnings.
The awning itself is easy to fit and easy to use, I can't wait to get some proper use out if it!
I love that I can fit it to my van without the commitment of drilling into the bodywork!
Tent itself is ok for an entry level…
Tent itself is ok for an entry level one but needs a thermal liner and anti condensation mattress or you wake up in a damp tent (you always need to keep some windows open a bit as the vents are not enough). The parts also fail quickly, for example, the straps break and the covers are known to fail quickly. By the time I had spent the extra money getting it up to scratch, I could have got a better spec brand.

One of the best customer service experiences...
This has to be one of the best customer services I've received from a company. Prompt replies and great depth of knowledge of their products.
The roof tents are superior quality compared to all the horror stories I've heard from competitor companies. I've heavily used their 1.4 extended roof tent for 2 years and multiple holidays and it hasn't degraded in the slightest, fantastic construction and quality. Purchased numerous accessories (canopy's and awnings) all with equal quality.
I cannot fault their service (customer, fitting, aftercare) and wish all companies would offer such support!!
Excellent service
We bought a roof tent from Ventura Roof tents in 2022 and still going strong (2025.09). Really good quality product, excellent after sales support. Thank you Venture Roof Tents.
Amazing customer support
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
From start to finish the support was brilliant. Charlotte was amazing, always on hand to help with any queries and questions I had. From choosing the right products, install and roof/tent integration etc, she was absolutely brilliant.
And then of course is the tent which is brilliant. Incredible value for money when compared to other suppliers with a much better design imo. Great 360 degree views, spacious and comfortable and of great quality throughout. Also, worth mentioning the installation instructions which were very clear to understand and follow.
But I must mention again the customer support from Charlotte which was always speedy, professional and friendly. I'm 56 and can't remember customer support so knowledgeable, caring and professional from any other supplier I have dealt with. Charlotte even offered to go above and beyond with helping me with a supplier delivery issue, which was no fault of Ventura of course, again demonstrating her passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
So, 'Diolch o Galon' from Wales (Welsh for 'thanks from the heart').
Ventura Happy Camping
Very happy with my Ventura roof tent. I went for the Deluxe 1.4 with Annex. Easily fit 3 in the roof top tent and room enough for 2 beds in the annex if needed. The price is great compared to other brands. The quality is fantastic. Highly recommended.

1.4 deluxe extend groundsheet
we have the ventura 1.4 deluxe extended with annex, love the tent and the annex, however the annex groundsheet has been ripped so I thought easy, ill just go on the website and order a new sheet as its just zipped together! Noooo for some strange reason Ventura don't seem to sell them separately.. If any one else has had this problem and found away around it please let me know. If Ventura decide to sell them then I would give 5 stars happily.
Edit. Ventura have been in contact with me the day they saw this and arranged to source one from a display they had. They went above and beyond to help sort the issue so happily putting 5 stars now. Thanks for all the help from ventrura :).

Mixed experience here... but very much resolved
Mixed experience here. Initially impressed with the products (hardshell roof tent and awning), but some growing concerns.
Re the roof tent, it's worth bearing in mind that it weighs 65kg approx. That means, unless you intend to use it regularly and leave it on your roof permanently (something I don't want to do, as I typically would use it 2-3 times a year), it takes quite a bit of grunt to get it there in the first place.
More concerning however is the way that the front popped up on its own while doing 70mph on the motorway last weekend. I'm a little anal in making sure everything is secure, so really don't think it was user error (though I can't rule it out entirely?!), but I can only assume the two front clasps just came loose, and the wind forced it up and open. Thankfully, a passing car alerted me to the fact that something was awry, and I pulled over and was able to re-secure. But I'm nervous about driving with it on, as it stands now.
I also found the engineering of the L brackets for fitting the awning hopelessly ill-thought out. I basically had to use the clamps, but these had to fit under the hardshell tent. I've done what I can to ensure they won't damage the fibreglass underside of the tent, but it really is a poor set-up.
So mixed experience. Plus side would be that once you're in the roof tent, it's roomy and cosy. Can't fault the experience of using the product.
UPDATE - reply from Ventura Tents below, and most grateful for offer to resolve the issue. Will liaise direct to do so. Thanks Ventura Tents :-)!
UPDATE 2 - Roof tent returned to Ventura Tents this morning - most grateful for their offer of a replacement, especially as it was nearly a year and half old. 2 star review upped to 4.

FANTASTIC!!
Had my roof tent fitted today by William and Scott?
I was very impressed with the roof tent, the service i received was top notch! They took time to explain everything to me in detail every step of the way and the pair of them were absolute gents.
I would recommend Ventura roof tents to everyone, the price, the quality and the service was 10/10.
If you have time I recommend having your roof tent fitted as its done expertly by the person who know roof tents inside out.
Thank you William.
The roof tent itself is great but the…
The roof tent itself is great but the awning is awful. We used it the weekend and had a rain shower, the inside of the awning was soaking with puddles pooling. It has cut out holes on the top for some reason and water gets in. Wrote to customer services but no reply to enquire what holes are for and to address water. Disappointed!!

Avoid awning
Rooftenr itself was good, the 270° awning however is cheaply made and the ‘tie down’ tags pulled out from the stitching with next to no pressure applied at all
