A terrible company !!!. DO NOT USE. I can only echo previous reviews. I was directed to their site via Amazon. Ordered a smartphone on 19th December 2017. Their system said it was in stock and delivery 6-8 days. Now April 2018. I cancelled the order in February but no refund. They keep fobbing me off when I contact them. Amazon say it is not their responsibility either !!!!

I ordered an apple I watch before Xmas in dec 2017 for my sons present,it’s now the end of March 2018 and still no watch just a lot of fobbing off on the phone about their so called distributors,I get email reply’s after a 2week wait but it’s just a pre scripted email which has no relevance to my query on where my item is,they now have £250 of my money,I have no watch and the likelihood of ever receiving it or my money looks slim,PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL ONLY BE ASKING FOR TROUBLE......STAY AWAY!!!!!!......RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!

I bought/paid £500 for a Camera Lens in January. The money was taken from my credit card instantly. They promised 6-8 working days for delivery. The lens was not dispatched. After a month I asked when the lens would arrive and they could give me no date. A refund was agreed. It is now the end of March and no refund has been received. They are not answering the phone and not replying to my emails. Three months into the transaction and I have no lens and no refund. Basically they have just taken my £500 and kept it. I don't know where to go now; the police I suppose. I just wanted a new lens for my camera and I got mugged. Go to Jessops or a Camera shop is my heartfelt advice. These sites that promise a bargain are just there to rip you off.

after 4 months of waiting and trying to get my money back still nothing !!! just a voice on the other side of the phone who is repeating "nobody is available at the moment "
I just try to buy a watch from them and they simply took my money away !!!

I ordered a watch for my husband on January 15th 2018. After 1 month still no watch... it was for a birthday present. I proceeded to get in touch to cancel the order. After a few days they finally responded and agreed to cancel the order. I was informed after chasing my refund that the system is being upgraded and may yake 25 days for the refund to be processed!!!!! I am still waiting. An absolute disgrace for a company. I feel sorry for the people who have spent more than me.
I am now informed the relevant authorities including the bank.

Ordered an I pad 081217 two emails and nothing..gave benefit of doubt of being back logged do not order from here 19th of March still no Ipad 10000000% scam...do not write to me or comment your scum daughter present for Xmas big rip off

In December 2017 i have ordered a Casio watch and they told me that will be delivered 6-8 days, so i paid some extra cash for a faster delivery 3-6 days after 10 working days i try to get in contact with them to see where is mult watch. They say that they even don't have a such a product in the warehouse.I ask them to give me my money back, they agree straight away but after 4 months still nothing .

So, I feel it's my responsibility to warn everybody not to spend their money with these people. You may not get what you expected from your purchase. If anything goes wrong, they will not help you.

You MUST NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company. In February 2017 I bought a mobile phone from their website. The price was great and much better than anywhere else. It arrived a few days after I ordered I. All was well for a couple of months.

By June 2017 the phone was having issues connecting to wifi, so I decided to back it up on my laptop and do a factory reset. The Samsung software told me a firmware update was available, so I followed the instructions.

Imagine my surprise when the phone reverted to it's Chinese origins. Everything was in Chinese language and the operating system was Chinese. No Google. Couldn't download any of my apps. I managed to change the language to English, but nothing would work how it should.

Several weeks of communication between me and Venture Direct followed. Eventually, they confirmed that I had to send the phone back. They gave me a UK address to send it to. I securely packaged the phone and sent it by Special Delivery. It arrived and was signed for the following morning. This was the last that anyone has seen my phone.

I have repeatedly emailed Venture Direct. From August in December we exchanged almost 50 emails. Always excuses, delays, never an answer. Sometimes I would we over a week for them to tell me the same thing - no news!

Finally, at the beginning of January 2018, they agreed to give me a refund. But only a partial refund. I argued, but they took no notice. Since then, a string of constant excuses and delays. They don't reply for ages and when they do, they lie and make excuses. Nobody answers my questions and I still have no phone and no money.

So, I feel it's my responsibility to warn everybody not to spend their money with these people. You may not get what you expected from your purchase. If anything goes wrong, they will not help.

This so called company is a scam steer well clear! Total criminals and fraudsters taking advantage of honest customers

Ordered a Christmas present on 14th December 2017. I received an email on 29th December saying it was out of stock. Cancelled the order on 4th January and was told it would be 10 days for a refund to be credited to my account. After 10 days still no refund, so I called them, they said out would be 25 days from cancellation date due to technical problems.
Day 25 is today and still no refund, so called them and they still cannot tell me when I will recive my refund....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS.

So its now March 13th.....and guess what still no refund. I have tried calling, but all I get is.....there is no one to take your call right now, please leave a message and we will get back to you.........I have left around 10 messaged over the last 2 weeks....and nothing...absolutely nothing......I have email....tried live chat ....no response what so ever....

Venture direct....don't bother replying to this and say how sorry you are, and how over the past few weeks you have been updating your gateway.......I DON'T CARE.....I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Bought a Christmas present for my son from these scam artists, chased and kept being told stock would arrive. Eventually gave up and asked for a refund to be told it would take 25 days to come through due to a payment gateway issue. STILL WAITING!!

VENTURE DIRECT- STILL NO REFUND 3 MONTHS LATER
I ordered an IPad for my sons Christmas present at the beginning of December 2017. The company were expecting a delivery but when it did not materialise I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It is now 13th March and still no refund. Keep being fobbed off about a broken system. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY.

Still no money back. Despite paying for these goods on 06 Dec. I still haven't received my money back as they just didn't deliver the products. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS !!!!!!!

I have filed this as fraud with my bank I suggest everyone does the same and this business prosecuted.

I wish to have the option of 0 start, they don't deserve nothing else

This "company" is an absolute joke, I'm furious at myself that I never checked all the previous reviews before stupidly ordering from them. Never received the item and I have never received my refund. They are impossible to get in touch with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED AND LEFT OUT OF POCKET.

I ordered a smartphone from Venture Direct while I was in the UK, the order was accepted, payment made but item did not ship in advertised time. Very patchy and difficult communications with the company by phone and on-line chat finally revealed they had none in stock and could not tell me when the item would be available. Because they could not guarantee shipping before I left the UK to go back to Australia I cancelled the order, they replied due to new software problems they could not refund me the money until after some 30 days! 36 days passed, no refund, no communications answered "my tickets" were flagged as "resolved" even though they had not even replied to me let alone refunding me! Luckily I saw this coming and I went to my credit card company to dispute the transaction and got my money back that way.
This company has poor communication pathways.
This company lies and gives improbable explanations.
This company tries to placate with false promises.
This company's business model is either fraudulent or grossly ethically incompetent, I think the former, it is the worst on line shopping experience I have ever been involved in, do not buy from these thieves.
Venture Direct is the UK arm of the business "Milkyway" by accident I discovered that "Android Enjoyed" is the Australian arm of the same parent company. I discovered this through communication with Android Enjoyed when I was seeking a fault repair on a phone I bought through them about 1 year previously, the online chat arising from that enquiry was posted on the same web page as my patchy communications with Venture Direct!. I dont know whether Android Enjoyed is any better than Venture Direct as it has been a while since I bought from them but seeing as how bad VDirect is I would stay right away from Android Enjoyed as well.

STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered a watch beginning December 2017 they said out of stock but to wait for restock which I did but after 2 months nothing so asked for refund got the 25 days email. So waited but that time has passed and still nothing no contact to emails or phone calls thinking this might be one massive scam. Some people can't afford to lose this much money.

Have waited for my order since 15th December! Finally cancelled on 2nd Feb, now waiting refund. Has anyone actually received a refund?

ordered a watch end of october last year by November it became clear that despite saying the order was being dealt with the watch was just not available, they agreed with that and said i would get a refund within 3 weeks. despite letters, emails, phone calls i have till this day not received a refund. NEVER NEVER USE THEM, FRAUD!!!!
