I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This was my first purchase through Vera and I will tell you 1) the customer service (Teresa) was amazing and 2) the actual delivery of my robe was perfect. I was not sure this would be the case as there was a misdirect with delivery but, Teresa took control and got the item delivered the very next day. Kudos to all!

Edit 5/12: I got my refund! Took 12 days which it was not bad. CS over the phone was nice and helpful. They reply quick on email and asked me to wait a few more days for the refund to come, otherwise I call them back. Relieved I finally got my money back. Moved the stars to 3. Thanks.

Returned my stuff on 4/30 and waited a week for a refund. Contacted them and two representatives responded and one of them lied to me and said my money is on its way. Waited 3 days and nothing. Was told to wait 2 weeks. Screw that. Filed a claim on paypal. Hope PP can force them to hand over the money.

They take forever to send you a refund. It's been over a month now since I have returned the product and still have not received my refund.

The worst customer service ever. This makes me never want to buy online again at least I can return it if it's in store. This is just ridiculous.

I ordered online and the shipping address auto corrected to another address I didn’t know without me realizing it. They offered me no help. Couldn’t cancel, couldn’t change the address. This was all before the package was even shipped out. So now my $80 worth of Vera Bradley is off to some unknown location and they just didn’t care! Will never be ordering from them again.

This is the second time Vera Bradley website description,visual images and item shown on models..ARE DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING..THE PRODUCTS ARE MUCH SMALLER AND INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was incredibly excited to receive my rucksack backpack in pumice stone with Vera Bradley. But unfortunately, I never received it. Customer service is just okay. I wouldn't purchase anything from this website ever again. Buyer beware.

I ordered a backpack in advance so it would come in time for school. It's been 4 days since I ordered it and they cancelled my order because they were "out of stock". I'm extremely disappointed. Never ordering from here again.

I didn't receive my order for 400 euros at all and it's impossible to get through by phone, no one answers emails. Fraud!!!!!

If I could give less than one, I would. I have been a customer of VB for many years. My kids wanted to buy me a Loungefly backpack for my birthday. I told that I would prefer VB instead. I found a Bancroft backpack I loved. I ordered it on June 18 along with personalization. The price came to $128 including taxes. The bag was priced at $100. I received word that they were having problems with the monogram and offered me a $10 gift card for my troubles. Instead of just shipping the bag without the monogram, they cancelled the order and encouraged me to order it again. When I went to do that the bag went up to $150. When I ordered the first time $100 was not a sale price. I feel that these are deceptive practices to make more money on an item. I am so disappointed with this transaction and will be hesitant to order again from them. 😢

Very disappointed with my purchase will be returning. What happen to your quality what I received should have been no more then $10.00 not $50.00. Will never order again you used to have beautiful quality now it’s garbage

Absolutely love this brand and their customer service. I had an issue with a bag last week. They allowed me to send pictures of the item and the damage and were able to give a a replacement. I have called into customer service a few times in the past and they have simply have just shown kindness every time I will definitely keep buying Vera Bradley products. :)

I purchased a very expensive hard sided rolller suitcase and it is coming apart after 3 months. They say the warranty doesn’t cover it! I am a frequent flyer and have had much cheaper suitcases that never did this. Don’t waste your money!!

I have been buying Vera Bradley purses for as long as I can remember. Once one wears out, I buy another one. I went to her website to buy a new purse and all her purses only had TWO pockets in them! I like a purse with six useful pockets.

It took me going through her full catalog to finally find a six pocket purse at the END of her catalog. When it came, it arrived in a plastic bag! It had no stuffing in it to keep its shape and no box.There is a permanent bend in one side of the purse that I can’t get rid of which looks awful. No box and no stuffing caused that bend! I’ll never buy another Vera Bradley purse! Beware! Change in quality.

I'm just tired of Vera Bradley not making beautiful bags anymore if I wanted leather and plastic bags I would buy coach and those MK or whatever they are and it's not that I don't have the money to it's just they don't feel my soul with the magic that used to be filled by Vera Bradley you really need to change and go back to the way it used to be because you're losing so many customers even my 9-year-old granddaughter begs for my older Vera Bradley bags and wants me to leave them all to her because she loves him her mother and her fight over who's going to get Grandma's their Bradley bags because the ones that I don't use I keep in storage totes nice and neat I even had a closet built just for my Vera Bradley handbags and luggages but now I'm not going to pay money every time I've bought new ones they tear up not even a year that they last you can't wash them they'll become rags it used to be you could wash them over and over in the past and I talked to a lot of clients owning a business granted I'm a barber shop but their wives come in girlfriends come in and everybody talks about the downfall of Vera Bradley when the subject comes up because y'all are missing what made Vera Bradley so special The price was just right back then the colorful materials that wasn't cheap leather or ugly plastic it was beautiful bold colorful statement pieces that no matter how smashing your outfit could be that bag was catching and stealing all the attention but not anymore hell it looks like crap you can buy at Walmart now I've actually seen some of Vera Bradley's old knockoffs in Walmart nobody wants to own that.

it's been a few yrs since I've purchased anything from them since a very bad experience. I only purchased things for gifts as I always thought their stuff looked like diaper bags....not that there's anything wrong with that

Day coupon, which I use every year and found out I had to spend $100 to use it. Ist of all Vera does not respect the foot traffic. Your store was empty. I'm with Kate spade now. I found a great price on a wallet which, I came to your store to buy.

The quality is poor and customer service is terrible. I bought an umbrella that broke before I even used it. I brought it back with the tags on but it was past 60 days so they would not exchange it. I left the broken umbrella there.

Vera Bradly refused to change shipping information even though I contacted them immediately after purchasing online. Many companies will gladly correct shipping information, but Vera Bradly refused claiming it "processes immediately." In reality, my bag didn't ship until 3 business days later. I've had other companies make corrections, and it has never been an issue. I would have even been happy to purchase a new shipping label if needed. On top of this, they will not cancel orders. Once I finally received my bag (I wasn't sure if it would forward to my new address), the quality of the same style of bag was not nearly as nice as a bag in the same style I purchased 7 years ago. What once had beautiful piping and hardware now is not nearly as detailed and feels very cheap. Stitching is loose in some areas too. The bag I purchased 7 years ago has started falling apart due to daily use, and I was so upset to learn that this is not a comparable product. I would have thought it was a knock off had I not purchased directly from Vera Bradly.
