I don’t think there’s another handbag store that I like as much as Vera Bradley! I have purchased from side purses, backpacks, wallets to travel bags and other little items that I am so glad I got my hands on. I shop at the outlet store close to me and it’s honestly so amazing how affordable they can get. I love their different prints and the durability of the products!

I love the products but the customer service isn't as good as it used to be. I typically shop on their outlet site and have had no issues there. But on the actual Vera Bradley site, I have had a few problems with orders and it seemed as if customer service just wanted me to go away rather than to fix the issues. Quality has gone down over the years and, although I continue to buy their products, I do fear an issue will come up and I will have to deal with the very strict and somewhat uncaring customer service reps.

I stopped shopping at Vera Bradley because their customer service is terrible but I decided to give it another try. I went into the Walt Whitman, NY store on 8/21 because I needed help folding a travel blanket. The first thing I was told is that it was an outlet purchase and that I should go on u tube for help. Are you kidding me? You should know everything about your products and it should not matter where it was purchased. Won’t be shopping there anymore.

I purchased a fringe scarf from the website when it was on sale, huge discount, I didn't like it because I'm not satisfied with the finishing of the scarf. The fringes look untidy, as if they had only cut the fabric and that's it. With the use, because of not having the appropriate termination, it will fray. The color and pattern is very nice, but it's not worth $ 38, is overpriced. I'm glad I bought it in liquidation and paid very little, otherwise I would have returned it.
I left this same review on their site, and they never published it, I thought I had made a mistake, and left it again, but again they deleted it, they only left the reviews for the ones that had 5 stars only, very dishonest business protocol!

I purchased a purse last fall and after only 4 months of light, normal use the metal piece attaching the strap broke. I took it back to the store but was told Vera Bradley doesn't have any type of warranty. I contacted customer service online and was told the same thing. This is unacceptable to me that the company won't stand behind their product for even 4 months of use!! I will never buy from Vera Bradley again.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Placed an order late
on Saturday. Sunday AM closed so I emailed to cancel as to make
another selection. Monday AM called to confirm. Was told cannot make
a change, that I would have to return item and reorder. Asked if it shipped
and was told no. Make sense? Why is it shipping from China?

Keep your bag we will shop elsewhere!

I love all of the products we have purchased. We have over 50 items and love them all. They are very good with returns and I love their website and discounts. They can be worn as casual or dressy with their Classic Black line and The Wildwood leather line. The quality is very good and the patterns are beautiful.

I just got my new wallet today. It is exactly what I wanted.

I am in LOVE with my new pill case and purse that I purchased from VB they have been holding up perfectly with my normal wear and tear. I'm in and out of classes and work all day and these have been extremely durable. I do however think they should offer free shipping on their website.
