I was an avid Vera Bradley fan. I normally order from the online outlet. However, the last two times items were missing from the order. The first time I luckily had a very nice lady who immediately refunded me. The second time I was essentially ignored. I paid for an item, didn’t receive it and customer service blamed it on shipping. There was nothing wrong with the box, they just forgot an item. So I have decided they are not trustworthy.

I ordered a travel & a cosmetic bag for my daughter in Christmas thru their website. After almost a month still no order. I emailed them and still no response. Then after calling their customer service I was told that they don't have the items in stock that's why my order was canceled & that their system was down that's why they never responded to my email inquiry. I was like if an item was out of stock then usually they will put it in their site or you wont be able to order it and also cmon system down for a week?! I then asked if my order was canceled why is there still a hold on my credit card? The condescending & rude jabroni named Dan just replied "Just call Paypal!" with no apology whatsoever. Thanks Vera Bradley wont be ordering from your site or buying any of your product anytime soon!

I recently made 2 orders to vera Bradley one being a very expensive Harry Potter purse u had ordered for my mother. I originally somehow was charged twice for the 100 dollar purchase. Once when the purchase was made and once when it shipped. Had to call customer service and they fixed the issue within a couple days but was very rude. Then the package never arrived even though it started was delivered. So now I'm filing a claim with UPS because they are saying they didnt have her apartment number from vera bradley. It's all on big mess. Never order from them again

VB Southaven Tanger Outlet. Very inconsistent and rude staff. One day you can purchase a $19.99 blanket and use your Military ID and the next day you can't. It depends on who's behind the counter. Go to Branson, MO and you can use it on their sale priced blankets. I will not be purchasing anymore VB and if I changed my mind I definitely wouldn't shop at this location.

Have been a devoted Vera customer for decades. In my opinion all the positive attributes of The Vera bags were lost when the lining stopped being made from the coordinating quilted cotton.
The pockets no longer stand up, hold items properly and overall the bags feel cheap for the same price as ever. If this doesn’t change my Vera days are over for good

I placed an order in October for 2 face masks and when I got to the confirmation page, I noticed that my apt number was not included in my address. Within a few minutes, I had sent an email to customer service letting them know that I didn't see my apt number in the confirmation and asked if they could check and please add it. There are over 200 apartments at my address and without the apt number it would not be delivered to me.

I received a reply that said:
Thank you for taking the time to contact Vera Bradley. In order to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any modifications to an order after it is placed. If the shipping address provided for your recent order is invalid, and your order is returned to Vera Bradley, we are able to reship your order to the correct address.

So I replied with an answer along the lines of:
How will I get my order as quick as possible if my order is sent back to you then corrected and sent back to me? I got another reply saying basically the same thing. My address cannot be changed.

4 days later, I received an email saying my order was shipped. How could they not add my apartment number? They had 4 days to to it. None of this makes sense.

I followed the tracking, and what do you know? My order wasn't delivered due to an incomplete address.
It was sent back and reshipped.

I finally received my order a few days ago. The masks are ok. The only thing I really like about them is the shape makes it easy to tuck under my glasses so they don't fog up. But for all the annoyance of this order and the lack of useful customer service, I will not be ordering again.

I ordered 3 masks from Vera Bradley as I found online that masks were currently being made by the Vera Bradley seeing team located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I received the masks today 1 was made in Vietnam the other 2 were made in CHINA. How is this made in the USA? VB update that they are not made in the USA.

As a long time, loyal customer of Vera Bradley's, I was extremely disappointed with my last experience. There was a 25% off promotion. When I put my items in the shopping cart, no discount was applied. After several emails back and forth, I carefully reviewed the suggestions and determined that my items were eligible for the discount. My last email was never answered and I did not receive the discount. I simply cannot reconcile this experience with my usual interactions with the company. Will hesitate to respond to any more offers from Vera Bradley.

The Customer Service guy in the phone was very rude when I talked to him. I did not receive an item that I had ordered and they said it was out of stock so another guy off the customer service ordered me a new one and I had gotten it and I still haven’t gotten the refund for my other order. So I called back and asked about it and this man answered the phone and he was so rude. He wouldn’t let me get my refund back, when the other guy told me I would, and said that I had ordered the new one when I didn’t the guy off customer service did. I would not talk to another customer service person again when they are so rude and wont help you. I love Vera Bradley stuff but when the customer service is totally rude and disrespectful to you, I don’t know if I can order something else.

I ordered a baby bag from the outlet website, and it arrived damaged (has a rip/hole in the fabric). It took an hour to speak to customer service. Was transferred multiple times and ended up being told I would need to speak with some specific group that only communicates via email. I responded to the email I was sent with pictures of the damaged bag and provided my address for a replacement to be mailed to. I get an order notice and they are mailing it to an address I have not lived at for 5 years and it definitely wasn’t the address I provided in the email I sent them. They sent another bag to the correct address this time, and it finally arrived today. No tears or holes, but the quality in general just isn’t like my old bags. Stitching is already coming apart in spots. The handle looks like someone stitched over it 4-5 times. The pockets are a bit askew. I’m glad I only paid a discounted outlet price for this bag. Otherwise I would not be keeping it. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been buying Vera Bradley for over 15 years. I do not plan to purchase from them anymore after this ordeal and the overall quality of their products.

On 8/16/2020 I ordered a matching set of shoulder sling purse, a lunch cooler, a campus size backpack (embroidered) and a duffle bag (embroidered) from VeraBradley.com. My account was charged on 8/17 and I was notified it would be sent w/i 2-3 days. The lunch cooler and shoulder sling were. On 9/3 when I hadn't heard about the other two items I called customer service and was told that they should be sent by Tuesday 9/8/2020. On Saturday 9/5 my order for the duffle bag was canceled--it was "no longer available" on Sunday 9/6 my order for the backpack was canceled--it was "no longer available". Now I have a used lunch cooler and purse that do not have matching bags. That was the purpose of the order. Won't order again.

The made-in-China Vera Bradley masks are a waste of money. They are itchy and hot to wear all day long. It’s likely I got an unsightly, itchy rash around my neck where the straps would be, from this product.

Very disappointed in the Harry Potter line. Prices are way to high and they did not have enough stock. Just when I have the money to purchase the pieces I wanted, there were not in stock. Wont be shopping at Vera Bradley again.

I wish that they would be clear of where these masks are made. Not made in the USA they are made in China.
If I would have known I would not have purchased them, I feel that I was miss led. Poor company representation.

Extremely disapointed in Vera Bradley. They unveiled the new Harry Potter line this morning. Within minutes, could not order, website crashed, even customer service line not working. Poor planning on VB part. Irritate and let down. Would rather have given 0 stars

So I been purchasing the face masks cause I love the way they fit and feel comfortable. But why is it when I receive my face masks some of the design on the mask look nothing like the ones I see on line. The designs and colors are different. So I think if your gonna put up a design that your selling and people order it thats what we should be getting for our money not some design that looks like a knock off.

I have purchased mask from at least five different companies. In selecting my mask i looked for 5 criteria: 1. protection 2. comfort 3. price 4 style 5. delivery time. I have been very please with Vera Bradley as far as quality. Yes, I know the straps are large however, Vera Bradley's suggestions for making them fit are helpful. The price is definitely good as I have paid twice the price for others that are not even as functional. Most companies charge you at least 15.00 per mask and the delivery time is two weeks at best. I will only purchase Vera Bradley mask because I know my personal 5 will be met.

I bought a backpack from vera Bradley outlet store for about $60. In 3 months it started to torn out from the bottom. When I took my backpack back with the complain. The lady at the register told me that yes we can definitely fix it or do something with it and asked me to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service they denied me to fix it or do anything about it. I was upset as I was told by the employee that it will be fixed but it wasn’t.

I really like Vera Bradley products. I currently own four purses, a wallet, a planner, and a backpack all from Vera Bradley. I can comment on everything except the backpack seeing as it is new and I have not had the chance to test it out yet. The first purse I got was the RFID Little Hipster and I truly love it. It lasted for a long time and the only reason I stopped using it was because I was actually gifted a the same purse in a new pattern. They are very durable and the patterns are gorgeous. They aren't the easiest to clean, however, it is manageable. The other style of purse I have is a very small leather crossbody bag. I got it for Christmas last year and I have used it quite often since. It has held up very well and you can barely tell it's been used. I also have a wallet that matches it and I use it every day. It fits all my cards really well and even has a small spot for coins, which I find very useful. Finally, the planner I have is amazing and I would really recommend it to anyone who uses a daily planner. It had a lot of useful space and it came with stickers and a page marker. I will say it runs a bit on the expensive side for a planner, but I get it because you are paying for the name "Vera Bradley." I have not had to interact with customer service with this company, so I cannot comment on them, but I do think that there should be free shipping as an option seeing as the products are quite expensive already. Overall, great quality and beautiful products.
