Took ages to send transfer tickets and document information. As I booked a holiday for such a great price with a 4 star hotel, they immediately said someone booked it before I selected confirm and gave me a 2 star hotel instead having to actually pay more!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE MONEY MAKERS AND BUMPERS!

What Can I say Sarah is Truly amazing!!! She has done it again, after 4 weeks searching for a holiday for a group of people who all have different budgets and different family sizes with different age groups and where everyone wanted something different!!! she has managed to find us the perfect deal!!!! Thank you so much again Sarah for all your hard work and the hours you spent hunting and checking and re checking!!! its booked now, you can relax!!!! Thank you love The Whitlams’ x

The website offered a decent price which I paid online. I then received an email telling me that it was pending. I was rang to be told that the price had changed and was more expensive or they could try and find a different hotel. I had especially chosen that one as I had been before so I did not want that option. After going off the phone then ringing me back, I was told that it would be £140 more expensive bringing the cost for me and my son to nearly £1000. I think that this is done on purpose and guess what? It was the last room available, of course, to make you agree. It’s just a con to get you to book with them. They advertise a good price then put it up or put you in a rubbish hotel. Very disappointed and the person I spoke to, Jay, was quite abrupt with me too. Wouldn’t use this company again.

I was struggling to find a holiday for us 2 adults, 1 11 year old and 1 1 year old. I had weeks of looking for something I would fall in love with and be in our budget but it was looking impossible. This was my first time ever as a stay at home mum so our budget was cut quite dramatically this year! Sarah popped up on my Facebook as a sponsored ad and I contacted her thinking we would need to pay a fee but she may find some good deals. I had never booked a holiday this way, previously booking with TUI, JET2 and Love Holidays. Our main factor this year was that my 11 year old son had his own separate sleeping area as hes becoming a becoming a young man and I'm sure he doesnt want to share a room with his mum (despite how hip I am ;) ), his mums partner (even though hes like a stepdad to him) and a baby who no doubt is going to have a mixed up sleeping pattern while on holiday. I messaged Sarah, not hugely hopeful....just kind of like...meh...

I messaged her our wants and what we needed. What was preferable and what was a must.
Sarah came back INSTANTLY with a holiday I feel In love with. Which had the separate sleeping area.
After pondering it and looking at the reviews and photos over and over again I said I was 99% sure I was booking this one but was there any else? Just so we could look and compare. After some digging she found another amazing one.
We couldn't choose so tossed a coin!

There it was....we had our holiday....to the BEAUTIFUL Egypt!

Then Sarah hit me with the price. Surely not....ok I said....add in what's needed...and she said it was all included.
Still sceptical I gave a rolling eye and said ok hit me with your fees.

NOPE! Thats included too!

The only thing we have to pay for is our insurance and Visas. Absolutely gobsmacked.

Sarah found a perfect holiday. Somewhere we all wanted to go and have never been, somewhere over 30 degrees, separate sleeping areas, a 5 star hotel with a 4 and a half star rating on trip advisor. All inclusive for a week in August. Not only in our budget but with a couple of hundred to spare (going towards the airport parking!)

Not only that....but to top it off Sarah then emailed me lists of water parks and links to sites for the insurance! And she posted paper documents when asked!

Honestly never had a better service and I will always book a holiday through here again- I'll always come back to Sarah

One negative......its a bloody shame Sarah can't be our personal rep while we are there!

I booked my holiday to Turkey on the 16th of July Sarah was great customer service was great would recommend booking with Sarah very professional and always there when needed and also much cheaper ✈🏖

Just booked our family holiday, Sarah has been totally amazing! We gave Sarah all our requirements and she came back with a huge selection!
In the end Sarah found us a better deal than one we had found on a different site!
We know where we will be booking our holidays in the future!
If we could rate more than 5* we would!!

I booked for my aunty to go to turkey Monday 10th June booking was straight forward they were slightly overkeen to get me to book, now it’s 3 days before we fly and after being on hold for a total of 4 calls and 3.5 hours with no answer we’ve yet to receive our documents! We were told they would print and send them to me 7-10 days before we fly and we had nothing! I’ve had to track down the hotel myself to confirm booking and had to contact easyJet to confirm that too! Constant worrying they could be going into liquidation hence why I haven’t had my documents. I can honestly say I will never use very holidays again it’s too much worry too much stress and a total lack of customer service

I booked my holiday with Joanne and she was great, really efficient and helpful. The booking was done without any issues and straightforward and Joanne is available when needed.

First I do not normally do reviews, but this is an exception,I have travelled quite a lot with this company and I have always had the pleasure of Sarah Pratt dealing with my vacations and she as never let my family down, I would give Sarah 6 out 5 if possible, we have a holiday already booked for this August and Xmas and again it’s with Sarah

I’ve not actually been on my trip yet as it is Lapland in December but so far everything has been fab. I dealt with Sarah and she’s very helpful both via e-mail and over the phone. I’d become increasingly frustrated trying to find my Lapland trip yet within literally a couple of hours Sarah had it all sorted!
