No customer service
booked an all inclusive holiday for 8th to 15 October 2019 with Molly. Xenios Anastasia resort & spa, Halkidiki. Received details of flight which was a good start but then nothing. No receipt for money paid, no confirmation of hotel, no reference number for booking, everything seems to be up in the air. Despite phone calls & emails have since only had a reply to say vouchers will be available 7-10 days before departure, still ne reference so cannot log in to manage booking, still no confirmation of hotel or anything else. Really disappointing experience. Hope it gets better soon.

Vicky Henderson has sorted my holidays for the last 5 years, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Great deals and extremely knowledgeable. Thomas Cook made a mistake on our booking, we had a problem checking into the hotel but Vicky went above and beyond to help us, it took a couple of hours many messages, phone calls and emails and all out of hours !! I cannot praise her and the service enough !! Thanks purely to Vicky we had an amazing holiday instead of a disaster. I dont believe i would get a service anywhere close anywhere else. Liz Bates

A fantastic deal! I was a bit sceptical having never booked a holiday via the Internet before but it has been great. The team are helpful, friendly and efficient - especially Grant who dealt with the booking at the beginning. Will use Very Holidays next time.

Stress free holiday shopping
