Child place more expensive than adult
Booked online. Card payment details entered for deposit. Went to pay 2nd payment and you said holiday not booked. Very said we tried to call you and left a message. I received no missed call or voicemail was received my mobile phone provider confirmed this. You Very wouldnt except this so I had to rebook the holiday and had to pay an extra £200 or loose the holiday. I was also told that the holiday was more because one of the adults in our room was classed as a child who is 15. You cannot select age 15 when booking a child as the option only goes to 12 years. I find it hard to believe that a child is more expensive than a adult with your company.

I have never used this company before, but I have had an extremely positive experience with the booking. Chloe goes out of her way to assist. If all goes smoothly on the holiday I will definitely book all future trips with these. I will review again after the holiday in June.
