The most impressive part was when she had to be out of the office, we were overwhelmed with updates by her manager and colleagues. Craig Petit has been helpful, supportive, and encouraging throughout this process. However all of the documents that I have to sign on line has been overwheleming and discouraging, especially when I don't have the documents and I explain that. But the office that sends the documents don't care about that and don't bother to communicate with the agent. Just a regular cluster screwup.

Lee Camblin was very helpful in getting the information out to us so we could look at it. And if we had any questions about anything, he'd go over step by step on the information we didn't understand. I am glad that he could guide us in the right direction. He's a great asset for the vets
