I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After dealing with multiple loan officers who tried to play games with numbers, finding Craig was a breath of fresh air.

I specifically requested a 7/6 ARM. While other lenders wasted my time trying to switch my loan terms, trick me into buying down the interest rate, or hiding fees to make their offers look better, Craig did exactly what I asked. He stuck to the 7/6 ARM and provided legitimate, apples-to-apples comparisons. When he did propose alternatives, they were honest and within a normal range—meant to help me, not fool me.

Craig was the only person capable of providing a genuine competing offer against my current lender. Even better? The very next day, he beat his own offer without me even having to ask.

The process was incredibly efficient. We spent less than 15 minutes total on the phone and exchanged maybe 15 emails. He is direct, thorough, and responsive. If you want a professional who operates with integrity and gets the job done without the "sales" fluff, call Craig. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

This is my second time working with Denitra Crosby from Veterans First. Just like the first time, her customer service remains top notch amongst any other lending company. We discussed exactly what my wife and I wanted out of this refinance. She went above and beyond by answering my emails and questions while she was vacation. It was a very smooth process and she expertly navigated us through it. I would give her and the company 10 stars if I could.

My first contact with Denitra Cosby was eye opening because she alerted me to information I had no knowledge about. One year later I found myself calling her back to do business, because I researched the information and was surprised at what I found out.
One thing Denitra taught me is as a client you must be willing to do the work pulling your personal documents to get what you need. For me the process was easy because Denitra sent clear instructions on what was needed. We built a great relationship that formed a great business relationship. Remember that as a client the loan officer does not have your information and you are responsible for pulling those documents. I enjoyed working with Denitra and highly recommend her.
