Fireplace Tiles
Victorian Fireplace Store has a great range of file place tiles. Their website is great, and clearly showing the different design patterns available.
The customer service that I have received by Clare at the Store has been fantastic - from advice on which tile set to select, easy purchase, fast delivery through to replacing a faulty tile. Clare's customer service, efficiency and willingness to help at each stage has been great. I would highly recommend purchasing fireplace tiles through Victorian Fireplace Store.

Have now used the Victorian Fireplace Store twice for fireplace tiles and the service was excellent. The only reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is the high price for delivery.

Unnecessary packaging
The De Vielle Hod is fine but critical of the amount of packaging. It was sent in a box which was much too big for the product - filled
with plastic 'pebbles' which necessitated a visit to the dump to
dispose of two filled black plastic bags of the material.

Great customer service
Ordered over the Christmas period, expecting that there would be a delay. Excellent customer service - I received an unexpected phone call apologising for the delay due to Christmas closure and promising despatch later that day. Item arrived promptly and well packaged and exactly as described on the web site.
