This is a scam surely.
Ordered a sofa in September.
Have heard nothing but vague replies without committing to a delivery date.
We do not expect to receive our sofa, and just want to warn everyone, that this site is a scam, surely.
Do not buy anything from Victor Verace.

You are never going to receive any items from this scam company. 5 minutes on companies house show that they have been at the same trick for a while. Different names, same addresses.

Shout out to NatWest for actioning the charge back in time for Christmas.

I don’t really want to give it at starts it’s one big money scam my money was taken straight away in October but not received any thing they answered an s mail 4 weeks after when I asked were my chairs running too time nothing since 😡

Being left with no choice but to report this company, placed order on 4th September, no item, no reply to emails, no refund. Do not use!!!

TOTAL SCAM

Ordered and paid for my chair which never arrived. They even made out it got despatched and signed for by me. TOTAL
LIE! They don’t respond and I haven’t even got my money back. Now taking action with my bank. Can’t believe this company can exist!!!

I ordered 4 chairs in November and never received them. The credit card company does not want to give me cash back but I will keep trying. I reported them to Action Fraud. You just fill the form online and the police gives your case a number. You can follow the progress of the investigation online once you log in. Please report scammers like this, otherwise they get away with crimes. Just think how much money they had stolen from all of us! I will not rest until their web page disappears and try my best to ensure they get caught and punished!

Don't even want to give one star. It would appear we've all been scammed by this disgusting company. Luckily we were able to get a refund from our card company but that's really not the point. I hope John Lee belcher gets what he deserves for lying and ripping people off. He calls himself an entrepreneur which is laughable. You are a joke as is your company

Rated as 1 star because 0 stars is not available. Either hugely incompetent or a fraudulent scam. The truth will be revealed if I get my refund after cancelling an order placed in early October

Ordered and paid for 4 dining chairs in September and was told they would arrive 16th November. They never came, now am getting no response from customer service emails whatsoever. Can only assume it is a scam. Do not buy from here.

I paid close to £400 for six chairs back in September. I’ve emailed several times for an update just continuously fobbed off. I just want my money back

Ordered four chairs in September. By end of December still no refund, or delivery. No response to emails from November onwards.

Before then fake tracking emails and links sent.

After waiting over 3 months for one chair 'to be manufactured just for me' and reading these worrying reviews, I am planning on reporting these cowboys to the police and trading standards.....might as well throw in watchdog too!
Receiving no response to emails and waiting this length of time screams scammers......do not push submit button as you are putting money in their pocket with no product to show for it!

1 star is far too generous. Appalling company, would never recommend or re order from them. Delivery took 8 weeks and when the order arrived the box and contents were damaged, poor craftsmanship, no quality control whatsoever. Multiple contact made through phone, Facebook messenger and online contact form. Got one response blaming the courier and then nothing even though I have requested a full refund. Disgusting customer service, you try and help small businesses and you get this level of "customer service". Dont waste your money with this company

We ordered chairs over 6 weeks ago paying an extra £79.99 for 2-3 week delivery so we received them well in time for Christmas.
They have not arrived, and going off others reviews it looks like they won’t ever arrive.
I have contacted Victor Verace several times via email and their contact form as funny enough there is no contact number, they responded a generic ‘the tracking will be updated in a couple of days once the order has been collected’ - this link to the order tracking takes me to a page saying the link is not working and has not been updated! It was originally working as I had been on myself to check the status of my order which just adds to me feeling they’ve ripped me off.
Feeling that we’ve been scammed I have contacted my credit card company - thank god I had paid by credit card - and they’ve put a stop on the payment.
I suggest everyone else contacts their bank/credit card companies and does the same to stop these scumbags ripping people off.
Please be aware these scammers are operating on AMAZON selling Victor Verace things under the name BUQURE but the company address is the same as the previous address of Victor Verace!!! The company BUQURE is the same registered company number: 11380226 as Victor Verace. Something really dodgy going on!!!!
UPDATE: Barclaycard rang me to ask have we received the items since reporting this as these con men had told them the item had been dispatched!!! 3 weeks on still no chairs....I doubt we’ll ever see them but stooping so low as to lie to the credit card company to get my money!!! Scumbags!!!

Worst ever shopping experience online, chasing 4 months but nothing received!

I purchased a chair from this liar website, nothing received also the contact email doesn't work. Most of comments lose their money and goods, is any legal way to get our money back?

They don’t even deserve one star! Avoid this company they are crooks!

I share the concerns expressed by others on this review site regarding lack of communication. I also note that when Verace do reply everyone gets the same standard response with no effort being made to individualise the response to the customer's needs.
To add to these gross deficiencies I note that VV has given itself a lengthy Christmas break and won't be available for "contact" until after the New Year. Words cannot be found to express the breath-taking gall this represents.
From previous experiences I would suggest that the only possible response is to reclaim your money via either your bank or credit card. This appears to be the only language that people like this understand and will save you the distress and frustration that occurs with their refusal to respond to customers. I would also suggest that you bookmark this page to provide evidence to your bank or credit card company.

Absolute nightmare, don’t order from this company!

Goods orders beg August 19, some still not here, a few arrived a couple of weeks ago, no updates or communication. Just had an email returned too, very worrying.

Avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They continually lie about delivery , buying time for themselves while they try and keep you on hold .

False promises made on expected delivery times and no commitment to customer service .

If you’ve seen this company on Instagram like many of us , do not be fooled , and if you’ve placed an order with them and still not had it , leaving you in the lurch for Christmas, shame them !!!!!!!!!

Scammers who think it’s ok to take peoples money and then say they can’t refund because it has gone to the manufacturers , how is that the customers problem ?
