This is a scam company. Ordered a chair and foot stool in September for October Delivery. Chair turned up in Decemeber and still waiting on foot stool. No contact from them and no reply to mails or calls. Please do not buy from this company as you will lose you money. Reported to trading standards.

Luckily made my initial purchase through Visa, months and months of emails putting me off, assuring me id get my chairs, all b******t.

Garbage ordered chairs in September and no sign and no confirmation contacted them many times no reply. DO NOT BUY!!!!! Sooner these lot are out of business the better.

They only got 1 star because I cant give them 0. Waited 4 months for the delivery of a chair, only delivered in part, 2 months later still not received the other part. Poor response to emails, once every few months I got a reply telling me it’s on the way and now they’ve closed that email account. Poor poor customer service. Such a shame as the product isn’t too bad, not fantastic quality but worthy of the cost. Will never buy again from here.

Scam...get on the phone to your credit card company or bank now... usually need 30 days to pass after opening credit card disputes before refunds are made. Don't wait for fake delivery times to be promised and then pass.

I ordered 3 stools and a chair in September I got an email end of October to say they had been made and I would get them beginning of December in time for Christmas which was great as we had family coming. Did they arrive? NO have they arrived NO?are they responding to my emails?take a wild guess?

I just want my money back now absolute joke of a company but I can’t get hold of them to get a refund DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY if only I had been savvy enough to look at reviews instead of thinking how nice they looked and how reasonable priced they were

Placed my order for a dining table 8/11/19 for £340.49 via instagram post. Contacted them 15/11/19 after having read terrible reviews. They reassured me everything was on target with the 6-8 week lead time. Now unable to get onto their website, messenger gives a new email address........ 3 emails later and absolutely nothing. Reported to action fraud online and contacted my credit card company for a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a wave bed at the end of Oct 2019 and it never arrived!! After being frustrated with the constant lies regarding delivery, i went to their office in Doncaster only to find that this company only rents an office in the building and according to the Manager that manages the site, no one has been to that office in weeks!!. I was advised to contact trading standards as there has been numerous complaints.
They have waited until Christmas time for a very high volume of orders, got as much money as possible from customers, and done a runner!!
It turns out this company is owned by some kid from Kent, renting an office in Doncaster for the sole purpose of pulling off this scam!!
Luckily for me, i have claimed my £350 back from my credit card company but for those that paid through their bank, i will suggest you take this criminal to a Small Claims court in order to get your money back!
The company's real name is "LOSE MONEY" (only a scammer will call their company that).
Look it up in Companies House for all relevant details you need to file a claim with the court.

Same as everyone else bought and paid 700 for 6 chairs and paid extra for express delivery and still nothing despite being 6wks over the express eta! Does anyone know if I can claim back thru my bank if I paid with my debit card?

Absolutely disgusting service, now 6 weeks overdo and didn't receive before Christmas. Had only 1 response from the 5 emails i've sent, in which they assured me they would arrive the week before Christmas, which of course they didnt. Have no number to call, a terrible company and a horrendous experience

DO NOT ORDER. I am 10 weeks+ into waiting for a chair, that is supposedly with the couriers for delivery ...... absolute rubbish as they can’t send me through any shipment or tracking details. !!! I am disappointed and annoyed in myself that I fell for this but at the time hadn’t seen the reviews. At the moment doing what I can to get the money back as like many, saved for ages for Christmas and have been completely let down, in them and myself. They have lied to me over and over again in e-mails and I would advise anyone to not trust them. Just gone to go on the website to send another e-mail and it’s conveniently done for maintenance, another lie no doubt. Hate to think this has happened to others so please be aware and I hope others like me can eventually get there money back.

This is my third and final review to advise that if you have purchased goods from this scam company go and get your money back via your bank, I was fortunate enough to have paid by credit card and after 8 weeks have finally been reimbursed the full amount. Please don’t purchase anything from this company, he’s probably setting up a new scam business as we speak

Placed an order for a set of chairs in September with a 3-6 week delivery window. In late November they stopped responding to me, after giving me a false delivery tracking code. I had to get Barclaycard to raise a dispute with them so I could get my money back... and have now ordered elsewhere.

Option to give no stars was not there as 1 star is too good for this dreadful company. Ordered a chair in September, still not received, no number to call. Do not respond to any emails. As far as I can see they are a scam company. Seeking legal action and reported to fraud team. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN

Please do not order anything from this company. Customer service is non existent. No phone number to call - very suspicious. Email everyday for refund for non delivery. Never answer them. If I could put a more negative review-I would.

No customer service. Ordered a chair and rug in August. No confirmation of order or communication when I emailed to ask where it was. Chair turned up 3.5 months later with no rug.
I've been trying to contact them for weeks and have had one email telling me to send the chair back for a refund. I don't trust they will refund if I return the chair.
They have not responded about the rug.
I'm reporting them to trading standards as clearly something needs to happen to this company who are scamming everyone!

Should be zero stars - why is option not there? Total scam. Ordered 4 chairs and table for care home for disabled/LD clients in September. Nothing. They no longer respond to emails. Simple fraud so why are police/regulators not properly investigating?

If I could give no stars I would . Ordered in good faith some chairs in September . Have never received them and there is now no answer to any emails. I have now involved my bank under a dispute . Do not order from this company , I don’t think my order will ever arrive
