Scam company! Beware! I am one of the unlucky ones who didn’t pay by credit card so I have reported them to the police. Ordered dining room chairs at the beginning of October. Shocking!

Don't purchase anything from this company as it is a con!
It's a big scam!
I purchased a chair for my disabled son in October and nothing has arrived!!
Their site looks very professional and they send you emails saying that it won't be long now as your chair is being handmade. That's just to stop you trying to get your money back!
That zendesk is a useless site. that is the site they tell you to contact for customer support. I Didn't get any answer at all.

We have clearly been conned by this 'company'.

There seems to be a specific tactic being used. There is no number to call, and the email and facebook page are being used as a way to create an endless loop and prevent communications.

Your goods will not arrive in the time stated. They will ignore you, then eventually they will send an email saying 'they are on their way' - IT'S NOT. This is to delay your approach to the police.

I have submitted a fraud report to the police (as with others on here) in light of my own experiences and others on this (and other) websites. I urge anyone in the same position to do the same. They will keep getting away with this if others don't take action.

I ordered 6 dining chairs on 20th October and received an update on 7th November to inform me that the chairs were ready for dispatch and I'd be contacted within 24 days to arrange delivery. I heard nothing after the alloted time and on contacting them via the website, I was eventually informed that the chairs were in the Doncaster Warehouse and I'd receive an update within 48 hours..... . I still do not have my chairs.

There is no telephone number for the company so the only way you can contact them is via email, but this isn't a guarantee of helpful communication. My experience is that I have received no update, apology or reply since 20 December, despite having emailed 3 times since this date and Victor Verace still has my payment.

Based on my experience I would not order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have seen other Trustpilot reviews which indicate that the buyer should beware - I'm just sorry I didn't see them before I placed my order.

I ordered a cocoon chair for my daughter’s bedroom in October 2019, and was given a 6-8 week delivery as all items are made to order.
I chased this on around 16 December 2019 to be told there may be a delay of a couple of weeks.
I chased again on Boxing Day and received an out of the office message, stating that they would not be available until 3 January 2020. Since then I have sent a couple of emails to them and received the same out of the office message.
There is no telephone number for the company so the only way you can contact them is via email, or you can try via Facebook and Instagram. My experience is that I have received no update, apology or reply since 16 December and Victor Verace still has my £232.99.
I have contacted my credit card company to request a chargeback for non-receipt if merchandise because, by paying with a credit card you are offered an element of protection.
I am also considering reporting the company because it is concerning to receive no updates and no refund.
Based on my experience I would not order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anybody.

Unfortunately, we had the same awful experience, having ordered a chair in August that never arrived. Our last email to VV on Saturday bounced back and their social media accounts appear to be inactive now.

Thankfully, the purchase was made by credit card and the money can be recouped.

I reported the matter to Trading Standards - it might be worth others doing the same in the individual attempts to trade under a different brand.

Thanks for all your posts. It helps to read them prior to making a purchase. I have been waiting for over a week to access the site again as I had wanted to make a purchase but kept seeing a “Site Updating “ message.
I will not proceed with any purchase. I have been warned.

Yup same awful experience here, ordered a chair in October now it’s January 8th and still no chair. Been told ‘there’s a problem with production in China’ so I can’t get a refund. Terrible times that this website is still up and running able to continue scamming people of their money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's a complete Scam from a little boy living at home with his parents!!!! His company is called 'Loose Money' which says it all. Contact your CC & get a refund if you are waiting for your order as it will never arrive

We ordered 8 dinning chairs & 3 stools in the summer. Still waiting. Got our last correspondence from VV just before Christmas promising imminent delivery etc... much like lots of the other reviews I’d seen on here. We gave them until 2nd January & then decided to get in touch with our credit card. They immediately refunded the amount & have since confirmed their investigation concluded VV are fraudster.

Ordered £920 worth of furniture back in October, estimated 6-8weeks.. 11weeks on and no response to my email, I disputed this with my credit card company and got the money back! NEVER USE THEM, I was fortunate enough to get my money back!

Avoid like the plague – I ordered a small rug (fortunately a cheap One) in October and have never received it. No reply to my last five emails - So I guess it’s a write-off!!

Very poor customer service, unable to track your order and no answer to the emails I have sent them. My order is already more than a month late and there is no way to get an answer from them. I’m reporting them for fraud and hopefully I will get the money back from the bank

Had a similar experience to everyone else. £550 on 6 bar stools in September 2019. Never arrived. I can see some people have visited the rented office which Lee John Belcher has now abandoned.

Never received 2 chairs ordered £70! Phone number does not seem to work and emails never replied to. DO not purchase from VICTOR VERACE!!

Do not use this company. Like many others, we ordered furniture from them last year, and since then they have repeatedly missed delivery dates and the communication (what little there was) has completely stopped. This does indeed appear to be a scam.

i ordered on 4th September 2019 3 bar stools and waited for 8 weeks but no delivery. My email messages were never replied too and I finally contacted the fraud department of my credit card company. They said I should of contacted them sooner once the 8 weeks had passed but shall refund me anyway subject to their enquires with the company within six weeks. I read a review on Trust Pilot that someone had gone to Doncaster where Victorverace claim to to warehouse and dispatch goods only to discover that a tiny office was rented by the company and their origins are in Kent. I suspect their website is down and shortly they shall create another named company to wipe their face clean and overcome their bad reputations. I shall never purchase furniture from a company that has no contact phone number and bad reviews. I am fortunate that I had credit card protection and sad for those that purchased goods using bank debit cards. This company ignored my requests for refund and I know they shall make claim for protection under bankruptcy. The same director will on 3rd occasion start another named business and continue the scam. I hope people post the new startup company and link it to previous. Scammers should be removed from bad practices and honest players should succeed.

Placed my order on the 11th of September. 2019. Received an email on the 30th of October informing that my order is on route to their Doncaster Warehouse. Havent heard anything from since! I chased them with endless emails, but received no reply. There isn't even a customer service number that I can call. I asked for a refund, and heard nothing.

I ordered 4 bar stools at the end of October, it says on the product description they will be delivered in under 2 weeks. I contacted them and they said it's actually UP TO 8 WEEKS!... I've waited and now I've emailed them back, the email user is no longer available to contact. This is a scam, do not buy from here.
