Ordered and paid for a chair months ago, not received it, they ignore my emails. I’ve lost £150

They take your order, take your money, even reply to emails saying your order is being processed....but you never receive your order!!!!

Can't give a minus rating sadly. Horrible business full of con artists. Ordered mid September & have fobbed us off ever since reply to the odd email I've sent pretending to offer a standard of customer service,. Googled the company address, based at Doncaster business park, went there today spoke with the manager of the business centre who decides what businesses operate there they were under a different name at this business centre and using Victor whatever as con. NEVER BUY FROM DISGRACEFUL WEBSITE. Cant anyway as it's been under 'construction' for about 5 month. People should be in prison. Could write all night about how angry I am.

They steal your money!!! I ordered end of October and have no dressing table and have had no contact from them after about 10 attempts! There’s no phone number and all their social media go to dead pages! Delivery was supposed to be 8 weeks!! It was £330 and they’ve just taken it! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. SCAM. Refund my money!!!

SCAM, do not use this company. Ordered 3 stools in September and despite initial assurances that our order was in their warehouse and ready to be despatched in December we have never received anything. There is now no way to contact anyone from the company.

If I could give this company a rating of zero I certainly would!

Ordered 2 chairs on 29th Sep payment was taken on 30th Sep and have only received 1 email since then telling me to expect my delivery by Dec 3rd 2019.
It is now 15th Jan 2020 and I have no chairs! No reply to my emails or Instagram messages either.
Be warned! Do not risk your money.

Scam Scam!!! Same chain of events as mentioned by others. Order, pay and they delay with the order, then you don't hear anything from them!!
I have also just seen the chairs pop up on Amazon!! Do not buy!!! I have checked and the 'company' selling on Amazon is listed at same address as Victor Verace!!

Terrible service
I placed a order in August for a chair
No sign of my chair and have had not contact with me they have £300 terrible service and no m terribly disappointed 😔

Still no throw, over 2 months after it was due for delivery. Victor Verace have taken my money and not supplied the product.

My chair finally arrived several months late but the matching stool that I ordered was not included. I have been emailing the support team there for months now and they have not responded with a status update or anything. This kind of service is so poor!

Do not use this company under any circumstances, we have been waiting for three chairs since October. They have taken the money but they refuse to send the goods. They wont respond to emails and we now have no alternative to go down the legal route to try and recover our hard earned cash.
This business is a disgrace please do not make the same mistake as us

Do not use this company. Like many others the order I placed at the beginning of October has not been delivered. I have contacted my credit card company and they have agreed to refund me. It doesn't look like Victor Verace are accepting new orders, so if you are waiting on delivery I would consider seeking a refund from your card issuer/bank.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS.I ordered a chair on 27th October. We're now 13th Jan 2020 and no sight of it. I've had 2 delivery dates promised, but only when I chase up. they've just missed their 2nd deadline so I'm asking for my money back.

A terrible experience.

I have been buying for 25 years online and I have never been treated so badly. I can relate to all the negative feedbacks here. I had the same sequence of events...

Told 8 week delivery time, initial response and updates, then dead communication.

I made purchase via DEBIT card (not credit card) and I contacted the bank (BANK OF SCOTLAND) - I was luck because they managed to recover the money instantly in the same call.

Probably because others have contacted them.

I would urge you to try to recover the money.

I am also going to report this as a Fraud - please search "report limited company" and follow the link to the GOV website.

Don't buy anything from these cowboys 10 weeks still nothing . Credit card company as given me my money back so all good . But would like to see these people prosecuted for there scam .

Guess I am victim of a scam as well as I to have emailed about my order three times but no answer and no chair. I am fed up with companies using the internet now as a way of scamming people out of money by pretending to be bond fide company ........really frustrated

Seems like a total con. Ordered on 1 November and no contact at all from VV. I went to their website and it’s closed down and three emails to “customer support” have garnered no response. I’ve now started a s75 claim with my credit card company. I’ve also reported their Facebook page as a scam. I guess this is one of the problems of internet shopping!

I have just actioned a claim through MasterCard due to non delivery and communication blackout.

I ordered some dinning chairs back in October and haven’t received them I have emailed a number of times and received no reply! They send emails stating it has been dispatched but the tracking number doesn’t exist! Do not order off this site!

I was holding out for some further communication from VV, hoping that they had just taken on too many orders and would eventually be giving some clarity on the situation and actioning.
1/10/19 - ordered bedside table told 8 weeks delivery
30/10/19 - received email saying it had been manufactured and on way to Doncaster. Also told I would receive order between 29/11-4/12
4/12/19 - no delivery received and no detail about tracking given
10/12/19 - emailed to request update on order
11/12/19 - received reply from ‘Jessie’ to say they had unexpected errors with their shipping company and all the backlog was to be dealt with in the next 2-4 weeks.
10/01/20 - no tracking received. Emailed for update and I haven’t received anything

The above does seem fairly plausible for a new company if they had received a huge amount of orders and could not cope with the demand. However, I’ve not received any comms for a month now and I’ve been watching this page weekly. I’ve been on companies house, like others, and can see that director is Lee Belcher, born 92. Seems to have been a director of a couple of businesses’ which have eventually been struck off (. L J B SUPPLIES LIMITED, EMILIE LIMITED). I’ve looked him up on linked in and he has a new profile for every business he’s associated with, and works with Emma Humpreys who was also a director of Emilie limited and doesn’t appear to have much else going on.

So, even if the company wasn’t a scam, I don’t see how I will ever receive my order. They aren’t taking new orders (website has been ‘updating’ for about a month), and they aren’t shipping anything (probably due to cash flow issues).

I had 120 days to raise an issue with my credit card co so I’ve now processed that and will at lease receive the money back.
