Cheap quality at top price!!

Bought their ridiculously expensive wok and oh my goodness it is so bad and cheaply made that everything cooked in it burns! The material is so very thin that it cannot tolerate much heat

Wasted my money deciding to splash out on a brand name product only to be let down so badly! Why sell this cheap nonsense under the guise of good quality! Shame on you!!!

Order Cancelled Without Reason – No Response or Resolution

Extremely disappointed with Villeroy & Boch. My order from July 16th was abruptly cancelled a week later with a false claim that delivery failed—even though I was home all day and no attempt was made. I received no tracking info, no proper explanation, and no response to my repeated calls or complaint. To make matters worse, customer service told me to reorder—only to find the items are now out of stock. I’m left with an incomplete set and no support. Terrible experience, and no one ever got back to me

Excellent service

I had an expensive tap that malfunctioned 2 /3 years old and HQ replaced it for me and without a receipt. Well done VB thats excellent customer service.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. They don't read the request and just automatically reply that I should wait more. My order stuck on the way somewhere in Germany. And I can't see estimate of receiving it.
Update: I’m still waiting for my order, it’s almost 1 month passed since I placed my order and they replied that they can’t do anything.
Update: one month later… no refund, no apologies, tracking status the parcel never left Germany and now returned to sender.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusted with the non-service of this company. I ordered some glasses for a gift on 29th Nov, the site said 5-7 days delivery, so I ordered in plenty of time to allow for the maximum 7 days plus a couple of extra. Here I am 12 days later and no notification of when the delivery might take place, and even when it does it will be too late as I have to send them on to the recipient. It is impossible to contact the company to try and chase and the carrier DPD has no useful information of their site either which was last updated on 6th Dec. Bearing in mind they charged me £9.90 for delivery for 4 glasses I think this is scandalous and will never purchase from them again.

Extremely terrible customer service

Extremely terrible customer service! They state delivery 5-7 working days. Since i have not started to call everyday my order has not been dispatched. I am still waiting for my delivery at the latest i can receive it by Friday (today is Tuesday) order placed last week Tuesday in the morning, but i do not have any hope i will receive. I had to inform the customer service lady myself, that there is issue with export documents on DPD tracking, only then she updated information. Please avoid to buy online especially in UK. Very good and nice products, but customer srvice awful!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Misleading offers and poor customer service

This company's products are very nice (in my experience, at least; I appreciate that other people have not been so happy and I don't doubt that they had genuine reasons to be unhappy). However, having set up an account with them and received an e-mail telling me that I would get an extra 5% off the price of items in their sale, I was surprised to see that I was charged the normal sale price of the items I bought and didn't get the extra 5% off. I complained, and I got an automated acknowledgement from the "Customer Happiness Team". I'm still waiting for a meaningful response but it seems that the "Customer Happiness Team" couldn't care less about customer happiness.

Awful, STAY AWAY

Awful. I ordered a gift for my dad, it took a week to be despatched and then it was passed to DPD. They decided they couldn't find the delivery address and after 2 weeks of trying to deliver, it was left at the wrong address. I contacted V+B but had no reply. So I've paid for something that was never received. STAY AWAY

No reply from customer service

So I usually judge the business by it’s post sale service, how they reply to your queries etc. What I see so far is that it’s impossible to contact the customer service, they just don’t reply.

Sadly looks like they don’t even care about reviews here too.

They have nice items but next time I will look somewhere where I can have my issues solved quickly.

Extremely poor customer service

I have previously bought V&B set of plates via Amazon, been extremely happy with the product quality, so decided to complete my collection with bowls. I went through V&B website directly this time and this has been the biggest mistake - purchased 7 bowls on 14th August and now it's nearly the end of September, I haven't got my money, nor the bowls. Communication with V&B customer service has been extremely frustrating (tried all channels - website, email & social media) and no resolution. To be objective - I'm not faulting a quality of the product, that's definitely excellent, however their customer service is damaging their brand too much. I will never buy anything via V&B directly ever again.

Avoid this SCAM company!!!!!!!
I placed my order on the 28th of May, and it has not been delivered yet. I have been calling and emailing customer service every week, but no one has contacted me back.
I'm disappointed in Villeroy & Both/s name. I want my money back!!!!!

No response from customer services

No response from customer services. They cancelled an order and only refunded the VAT. Having chased twice about full refund, they haven't bothered to respond. Hopefully the card dispute team can recoup my money.

La Davina glasses, not practical!…

Just change to good service!

I bought 16 matching glasses (laDavina tall) nice glasses except that the break in normal use in the dishwasher. They are supposed to be dishwasher safe, but obviously not so.

V and B contacted me, and are going to send replacement glasses, so i will look forward to seeing if they are better

V&B tech support - hopeless

Phoned their tech support - no-one called back. Needed support because of their useless dealer MyToiletSpares. Won’t use either again. Woeful. Absolutely woeful. Companies charging top money should be able to respond to their customers…never again.

Fantastic customer service. After leaving a message, Ingo rang me back within 2 hours, replied to my every email, about 12 in total, within a day.
He was very knowledgeable about V&B products, especially as my inquiry was about replacing a cistern for a 22 year old toilet. He could not have done more. Thank you Villeroy & Bosch!

No response from customer service

I bought bathroom fittings for my 4 bathrooms and one of them developed a fault. I contacted V&B by email and by phone.
No one responded to my emails and no one picked up the phone. I left messages and no one called back.
They are supposed to be a premium brand but unfortunately they dont behave like one

Appalling

UDPATE - getting worse. I still have four boxes of broken china, they have £500 of my money, and I cannot get any response from them at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! The customer service number printed on their actual trust pilot page has been disconnected.

Appalling. Ordered £500 worth of crockery and glasses, almost all arrived broken. The customer service number on the website doesn't and every email address I can find just sends me a no reply bounce back. Disgraceful service - avoid at all costs.

I ordered some wine glasses on the 31st…

I ordered some wine glasses on the 31st Dec and charged £297.60 for them but I haven’t received any acknowledgement or any glasses .
I sent a email to customer services in America as its the only one I could find and they I kindly responded telling me to contact a number in Holland .
I have phone Holland twice who have been very considerate and sent email messages to them with my details and I still haven’t heard.
This is disgraceful and you do not deserve customers who you treat in this way. I will of course continueto pursue until i get them .
I know we have a pandemic but other companies are delivering and acknowledging .
Your customer service is England is none existent .

£1200 in 18months for exploding toilet seats

Having developed disabilities it became necessary to build a wetroom, I wanted the best and the Villeroy Boch wall suspended toilet attracted my attention, 4 years on I still love the style and quality of china... within its first year the toilet seat cracked, we carried on using it until finally one day it completely broke with a loud bang causing sever lacerations to my buttock.

Our local hardware stockists ordered a replacement at the cost of £350.

Within the year, the new toilet seat did the same .... its not completely gone but stressmarks are evident, precursor to the seat exploding.... but given that it will be another £350 for replacement seat we have to continue to keep using.... to remove V-B toilet (in itself perfect) will be a very costly undertaking (in excess of £3,000)

This is not a design issue but manufacturing one - cheap nasty materials.

Received reply from V&B, not positive, referred to Supplier who happen has gone bancrupt, I offered the seat to OEM for investigation. This product is dangerous
