They wouldn't refund my unopened…

They wouldn't refund my unopened returned purchase after my contacting them multiple times for them to blatantly ignore me. It has taken them over 6 months and they still haven't refunded me. Absolutely dire.

Don’t waste your money

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

All smiles when you’re putting money in their tills.
As soon as you have a problem with faulty goods they change completely.
I have gone from trying to return faulty goods to the shop with proof of purchase to going through a process of sending emails to the various addresses suggested by them.
Long story short, I still have faulty goods and they still have my money. I’m finished with trying. They have lost my respect and custom.

Order same juice every time triple menthol ice and no 20 strength new one is so bad its not a menthol it's mint why has it been changed the old one was a pinky colour this is a clear white it's the same as what pound land sell its awfull what is going on

Been buying TRIPLE menthol ice for…

Been buying TRIPLE menthol ice for 7years now, it has been changed without warning and is disgusting! Sent an email and got no response(brilliant customer service NOT!) Stall would not exchange as I bought them online. Can't understand why you have changed, it is now like b n m or pound shop rubbish I have tried over the years and ended up on the bin. VIP you are loosing all of your loyal customers, can't see you lasting much longer. I have found a lovely tasting oil from VPZ and will be taking my custom there from now.

Disappointed to say the least.

Very disappointed at the change to 50/50 Black ice blast. They may have just called it 'menthol'. Needless to say, after 6 years as a loyal customer I shall be purchasing elsewhere. Such a shame as the ladies in our local shop (Doncaster) are fantastic 👏. So, the question is who has made the 50/50 decision? Should've phoned a friend first!

This company were once excellent

This company were once excellent, but have steadily gone down hill to the point where I feel it's now time to shop elsewhere. Still waiting for an order that went wrong in May 2020 to be resolved. Going around in circles and expect to kiss goodbye to my £30.

RIP VIP Virginia Rolling Tobacco

I had been happily vaping VIP Virginia Rolling Tobacco for about 6 years. It had a great flavour at 70pg/30vg and it’s all I vaped. All of a sudden the company decided to drop the product offering me some 50/50 dross as “My New Favourite” as they term it!

It’s such a shame. I am very disappointed and a little insulted.

VIP have lost another once loyal customer and the search is now on for a provider who give me the product I want.

Unimpressed with 10motives

Unimpressed with 10motives. The quality is poor, batteries and cartomisers last less than the previous product. I have been using them for a few weeks now and have experienced on more than one occasion a new cartomiser on a fully charged battery just give up producing vape with no warning after only a few puffs. I used the predecessor product for several years and rarely did I have a problem. Think this loyal customer may well be going elsewhere shortly.

Avoid this company and save your cash

Avoid this company and save your cash. Placed an order, not delivered but they took the payment quick enough!!
Despite 3 unanswered telephone calls and 4 emails - still nothing after one month!

PS - DPD, their parcel service has also received the order but no package!

Ordered 9 liquids

Ordered 9 liquids, when they finally came the bag had a box of 4, another box with only 2 and 1 loose. I've emailed them several times with a photo and had no response.

Avoid!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost 7 years. They discontinued my cartomisers and replaced the with Ten Motives. To be fair, I was sent a code to claim a free battery and charger, however, because they took a week to arrive and I’d run out, I borrowed some VIP cartomisers. I will now have to give back Ten Motives cartomisers plus the battery pack as the person I borrowed from doesn’t have one. I can’t expect her to go without when she did me a huge favour. Now it’ll take 8 days to send another battery out, meaning I have 40 cartomisers yet nothing to vape with, despite having spent hundreds on the old VIP batteries that still work well. Absolute disgrace! I’ll be changing my brand! Stay away from VIP!!!!

Not happy at all

Not happy at all! Durring lockdown needed capsules for my vype, ordered them through VIP as been an loyal customer of theirs for a long time going into the shop. Only two weeks and nothing has come, and that's two weeks after they dispatched it!!! They don't answer emails, messaged them on facebook only to get a reply to ring them! Tried that and been told I have to wait a further two weeks for either a delivery or to ask for a refund and then of I choose refund I have to wait a further 14 days to get the money back! Obviously talking a fair bit of cash as well as was trying to stock up on the vypes!! I might as well give up to be honest now!! Very annoyed! Absolutely awful company. Do not use them!!! I don't even want to give them one star! I'm going to watch dog to be honest!

I have found the service to be…

I have found the service to be generally good however as the Vip cartomisers appear to be discontinued I ordered the motives and two batteries. Couldn’t use them as the charger from the vip isn’t the same. Spent more money on two chargers. I do wish that these companies would
1. Tell their loyal customers when a product is to be discontinued, and
2. Inform customers of all the items needed to switch to a new product
Not doing so is underhand in my opinion!

Bought a new mod less than 3 months ago…

Bought a new mod less than 3 months ago in local store Smok Morph with TF12 tank. Tank constantly leaked and now the mod has literally just died. making a very worrying hissing noise. Not even sure if it is 3 months old yet. Now stuck without one in lockdown and no shop to go to get a new one.

Total disgrace

I have been a loyal VIP customer for nearly 6 years and any problem was quickly ironed out. However, within days of accepting an order for hundreds of pounds worth of cartomisers, I learn that they have stopped supplying the batteries. They told me that emails informing customers had been sent out - not to me they hadn't - and now all the shops are closed I cannot even discover if one has any in stock. Beware. They encourage you to buy large quantities because it is cheaper (just) but then stop making the necessary accessories without warning. I say again - BEWARE

Despite promise, haven't refunded £90 for undelivered order

We made an order on 25th January for next day delivery [Order #VIP156563] for £90.

By Wed 29th it hadn't arrived and was, we were advised by email, still awaiting dispatch. They were having issues at their warehouse.
I was going away so I called and spoke to their operator. The order was cancelled on the phone and they confirmed they'd provide a refund, in full.

By the 8th Feb, no such refund has arrived so I wrote, on the same email ticket that was originally responded to, asking where the money was. No response.

I emailed again on the 12th Feb. No response.

It's now 1st March. No refund, no response.

great customer service

I think a way of telling a good company is how they deal with mistakes. They sent out the wrong strength e liquid, I called and explained the error, the next working day I received an email telling me new product had been dispatched.
Really helpful and polite customer service. And in my opinion the nicest tasting 0mg menthol liquid on the market.

Bad service, shocking warranty period!!

I bought an Eleaf iStick Nowos 3 months ago and the battery has just stopped working, it no longer charges or turns on at all!

I took this back the shop to be told this product only comes with a 90 day warranty (This is shocking in itself, you must not have much faith in the products you sell to only offer a 3 month warranty), you will not exchange or repair this product! Not even for a fee!

So thanks a bunch VIP Vape, I’ve lost £80 on a product that failed a few days out of the warranty period and my only option now is to buy another one from you! This won’t be happening!

Please do not buy this product from Eleaf or VIP Vape! E-leaf have been just as unhelpful!

Absolute joke

Was sold a display unit from The Galleria in Hatfield which wasn't a problem but the coil was burnt, I returned 5 mins later for a new coil but none in stock, the spare one was taken from my box until a delivery was made. The guy dropped my tank glass and smashed it so my spare one again was taken from my box. Now I have a 15 minute old unit with no spare glass or coil. I returned the next day as I was assured a delivery would have arrived but no, so I was offered the representatives old tank, which he said he would claim the new one when the delivery arrives! I don't think so. He took my number and I'm still waiting. I got 10% off as there was a sale on but paid £5 more than anywhere else with no sale on. I was desperate at the time but have learned my lesson. I would avoid at all costs.

Going downhill fast...

I have been buying eliquid from VIP online for just over 3 years and they have always offered great choice and given good service.
However, in the last few months they've gone downhill.
They discontinued the only coffee flavoured eliquid, which was my favourite, so I tried a few other flavours and picked 3 alternatives.
I recently had a 3 for £10 email offer but when I tried ordering them they were out of stock of 2 out of the 3.
Very disappointing.
Their service and comms. on this occasion were still good but I think I'll be going elsewhere in future.
