I purchased VIP catomisers for 8 years…
I purchased VIP catomisers for 8 years and they were pretty good. Suddenly in the last couple of months the batteries for them have become in short supply or non existent. The ones they had left only lasted about a week, must have been old stock. So I switched to the 10 motives brand they were plugging. Not only more expensive but I vaped 4 cartomisers a day compared to 1a day VIP brand. Yet another company choosing profit over quality and they are bound to fail as a result.

Worst Customer Service
Made an order on 28th February, hadn't received it by 7th march so emailed them to get a tracking number, it takes 48 working hours for them to respond and I was told that it was on-hold as an item was out of stock but I wasn't notified of that nor was it displayed as out of stock on their website, I replied to say just refund me the full amount and cancel the order, I was then meet with an email advising me it had been dispatched, minus the out of stock items which I will receive an refund for, fast forward to 18th march, I ask where my refund is they say I have received my order and I'm not due a refund, I show them the previous emails to say they will refund the out of stock items, I'm them told it will take 5 days to be refunded.
The absoulte worse customers services I have ever experienced and the 48 working hours response time is just an joke, you would have thought in this day and age you'd get a response in at least a day

Bought vape starter kit 1st feb online, needed a new battery and charger and the charger was out of stock as a single item so went for the kit. Emailed me to say item was despatched and asked for review for the item. Thought this was odd as I hadn’t received the item to review it and then days later received email saying out of stock and refund sent. Checked refund - they had refunded me less than I had originally paid! Few emails later and excuses about computer systems given and I have now received the full amount back so this is a warning to be vigilant! Check your refund against what you originally paid! If I could give them a ) I would- bought a new e-cigarette yesterday, at the Kiosk in Almondvale Centre in Livingston West Lothian charged it up, put liquid in it according to instructions also watched YouTube video and got a mouthful of liquid nicotine. Tried again and the same thing. Took it back less than 2 hours later would not refund my money. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Called their customer service and after 7 hours they called me back and asked if I could take it back to the kiosk for them to check. Are they experts in the making of these e-cigarettes, would I trust them to carry out full investigation and be honest about it - hell no.

Bought a pack of vapes on special offer (15% off) looking at my credit card statement I noticed they had charged me full price. Despite numerous emails and promises from VIP they never refunded me the money owed. December 2016 I Bought a Nexus M-box which lasted just 6 weeks before failing to recharge, the tank that came with the Nexus, a sm-40 mini tank leaked, so l went back to the shop(Glass House-Cabot Circus Bristol) and bought a 2nd VIP tank(the glass shattered when refilling and cut my thumb)! So with the pack of coils and 2 liquids the total cost came to £70+. I Contacted Vip and got a reply offering to refund the unused pack of coils(£8:99p)!!! Which is just Not good enough, They should(at the very least) be offering to replace the M-Box!(and also perhaps throw in a few Aphrodite liquids) VIP.ELECTRONIC.CIGARETTE!!! 0/10 for Product Quality and 0/10 for Customer Service!!! VIP Refuse to accept responsibility for their products! Blathering on about their 48 hour warranty and refusing to respond to customers emails is their usual and only response! Been useing the cheap version of the e cig the pen shaped kind no use always breaking so you buy another one nd so on got the VIP one it's costly but worth the money had minor problems with it but went into the VIP shop in parkhead Glasgow fantastic aftercare really good nd put my mind at ease told me what was wrong can pop in there anytime and feel as if am not complaining just asking for help and there more than willing to help you stop smoking great service you'll not get that on any market stall
Worst customer service and products
Bought a starter kit, went home to find out that it was broken. I lost the receipt and then I took it back to the stall on the day after and the woman there said that she will have to talk to the manager which only visits about twice a week. I waited about three days to speak to the manager and he ended up telling me that there's nothing he can do to help me. He said that I can't prove I bought it from VIP but the salesperson obviously remembered my face and kept denying that I bought it from her.
I called their head office to speak to a manager but they completely denied to help me over and over. EVEN THOUGH: Consumer's Rights say that a company MUST replace a damaged item even if there's no receipt available by the consumer. I threw the broken kit away and went elsewhere. They need to get a grip and start acting professional. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
Terrible Customer Service and products
I gave up smoking 7 months ago and have now got through at least 9 (maybe more) MAH 1100 batteries. These batteries are said by VIP to last 3/4 months, my batteries did not last even 3/4 weeks. I used the correct charging cable, adapter and followed all instructions to the letter. I sent one battery back when I was within the 30 day return period and received a free one back but that only lasted 2 weeks so back to square one. I have emailed to complain but had no reply. Someone has told me that the large tobacco companies are now taking over the smaller companies and sending out bad quality stuff in order to get people to go back to smoking because it costs so much to keep vaping (well it does with this company!!). Will not be ordering ever again from them.

Value for the money is insane on their 3 for 10 liquids.
Service is A++++. Enjoyed every drop from their juice. Box mods are not great, better of somewhere else. Like a real vape shop.

Poor Customer Service
Honestly stay clear from this company , had an issue with a sky storm AM10 the product was used a hand full of times before developing a fault , below is the response from the company as u can see they only guarantee there product for 30 days and then say it should last 3 months ! The product cost over £50 , also before purching do a Google search and you find the same product cheaper and get better
customer service ( the product was purchased in the Wellgate centre Dundee and the service there when I took it back was poor , not intrestead in resolving the issue and advised to e-mail customer service and that was from the manager !)

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this; batteries are consumable and as such are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Batteries are manufactured to the highest standard, but may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if used incorrectly. The expected lifespan of an electronic cigarette battery is around 2-3 months or a maximum of 150 charge cycles, depending on the individual user. Unfortunately as your battery is now out of its 30 day warranty period we would be unable to replace this unit.

Great Logistics. Nice products. So-so build quality.
Pros:
-Free DPD Express Delivery is mind-blowingly good (never late, always easy to track down to the minute, 1hr slots).
-Good email communication.
-Items can be flimsy, but while they're in one piece, they're terrific.
Cons:
-Abysmal phone communication. (Incorrect dates given on stock updates)
-Flimsy clearomizers and occasionally Photon batteries can be frustrating.
-For a vendor that sells addictive products to keep changing their products with no legacy support is irresponsible, and utterly frustrating for customers.
Very Good Products for Vapers
I have used this company a number of times to buy cartomisers and accessories. Their website is excellent offering a wide range of products and orders are dispatched quickly upon payment.
They don't offer much incentive for regular customers to return and could IMO send a voucher email discount if they really wanted. It is possible to sign up for their "Gold Program" for some discounts, but they are not very regular and useless for me.
Like many of the other e-cig companies, VIP are expensive enough, although I accept that it is considerably cheaper to vape rather than buy cigarettes and tobacco with the ultimate goal to quit and that is helped by gradually reducing the amount of nicotine contained in their products. You can buy strong, normal or low nicotine cartomisers.
Postage is free for orders exceeding £19 and over a certain value is sent very fast with great online tracking and a 1 hour delivery window by a superior courier service that we have here in the UK (can't mention names).
Overall, VIP are a good company and one of three that I use to buy my refills.
