Had a really good time, thoroughly enjoyed, Mak the instructor was great, friendly, put me at ease and guided me through everything.

My wife bought me a 'flight' with Virtual Aerospace for my birthday. I've always loved the idea of flying but never had the time or money to learn. I never thought I would get to experience 'flying' a Boeing 737.
I 'flew' with the Shoreham simulator under the instruction of Mak. Having never taken the controls before he made the experience really enjoyable. The realism is incredible and as a total novice it made me realise the immense amount of training real pilots must undergo.
A fantastic experience that I would thoroughly recommend for any wannabe pilots.

Ovo energy has out of nowhere got my details and is sending me bills on a monthly basis for an electricity account I do not have. They have even sent round debt collector letters and threats to break into my house.
I am not with them and never have been.
Even the meter reader came round and said the meter serial numbers do not match what is on the OVO energy records.
Disgraceful company I will have to get compensation lawyers in now for the two years of abuse and mental anguish.

Had a 1 hour flight with the gate to gate add on. My instructor Mak was brilliant and added to the whole experience. He was very informative and made it realistic and fun from the moment I arrived.
From 1st contacting Elaine in the office to the actual flight it went very smoothly. Can not recommend this company enough.
Can't wait to do it again.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon at Virtual
Aerospace from Shoreham airport. Received the experience as a gift for myself and my son on a 737 airliner. Instructor Mak made us very welcome and gauged our ability levels and what we wanted to achieve at the start before taking us through to the simulator, our instruction was tailored to our ability levels very well and the difficulty level was ramped up throughout the experience as we became more confident. I would fully recommend this company and the experience.

Had an experience booked at shoreham and had an absolutely excellent day. Mak my instructor was amazing ,explaining everything really well which was a major contribution to a wonderful experience Would definitely recommend

I had such a great time on my Birthday gift, Boeing 737 Flight Simulator experience via Virgin Experience Days @ Shoreham-By-Sea. A 90 minute action packed flight, to many destinations, taking off, in flight & landing!!!
Nigel, my instructor for the day was patient, friendly & professional. It made the experience very special. I want to go again, it was that good!!!!!!!!Thank you Virtual Aerospace & Nigel, for a memory of a lifetime!!!

We brought 2 ten year old kids to this experience and had a truly brilliant time. Richard and Patrick were natural guides. The boys had a fantastic experience. Well worth it and we will return!!

Such a fun experience in the 737 at Shoreham by Sea under supervision of Mak

Made to feel welcome from the outset and talked about previous experience and what I wanted to get. I had no experience and just wanted a fun. That's exactly what I got.

I opted for the extended pack where you push back from the terminal and taxi to take off. Mak talked everything through in easy to understand language and helped me feel calm. You get continuous feedback and encouragement, along with some surprises if you're doing well

In the 75 mins, we managed the pushback and taxi; takeoff from Chambrey and land at Geneva using guide instruments; mid-air restart and visual landing at Geneva; finally a taxi and professional (rolling) takeoff from the new Hong Kong airport and banked landing at the old Hong Kong airport.

Great experience and came away buzzing and will go back for more.

Birthday present from the wife booked my time at Shoreham. Mak was my instructor and because of his experience and patience, I chose to start cold and dark at Gatwick. Went through entering waypoints and other info into the fmc. Then went through startup and push back, taxied to runway and flew to Jersey. A fantastic day thanks to Mak.

Brilliant experience from booking flight to the actual day. This experience was a birthday gift from my wife and the best one yet, Nigel my instructor was a brilliant professional, he explained everything so clearly and has the patience of a saint, well done virtual aerospace top class

Bought this experience for my boyfriend for his birthday. Richard was simply excellent as an instructor and completely looked after him and made him feel at ease. He absolutely loved it, so much so that I think we're remortgaging for him to become a pilot!! Thank you so much Virtual Aerospace, fab service from booking to experience.

I was given a small aircraft lesson as a virgin experience gift. I didn’t fancy that so changed it for a 737-800 flight sim. Virgin experience were shockingly hopeless at anything to do with booking this up. I ended up getting help direct with the sim companies around the uk who were very helpful. I ended up getting booked on the sim at Shoreham. Richard was my instructor who took me through all the pertinent parts of the flight sim. He did a great job of this and I spent an hour in the captains seat doing two complete flights. With Richards expertise, I think I did quite well although my landing at Innsbruck may have put some of my passengers off getting an a plane again!
So thank you to all who helped me book, thank you to Richard, top man but no thanks to Virgin Experiences who should be avoided at all costs. Just book direct.

Had this 737 simulator as a birthday gift. Went to Shoreham and Mak was the man looking after me for my first ever flight sim. Great time and a really nice guy to look after me and my g/f. Mak was very calm and did not bombard me with unnecessary jargon as he said, "your here to have fun"...which we certainly did. Will book a second visit for sure and will certainly ask for Mak. Thanks, most enjoyable.

Boeing 737-800 flight simulator with Tim

From the minute we walked through the door, Tim was very welcoming and put my 15 year old son at ease before his flight experience.

Tim was a fantastic instructor, very encouraging and very informative and clear with all instructions that helped guide my son and give him a wonderful flying experience. He gave him options to chose from such as airports to land/takeoff and weather conditions etc.
We all felt part of the experience and it was very realistic and enjoyable, definitely worth doing!

I got this as a gift from my son, but my booking was cancelled 24 hours before the event due to technical problem. I was unable to cancel the leave I booked so lost a days leave. Then I was offered new dates, but by the time I was able to re-arrange my work rota and book alternative days leave I was then told I could no longer have the date offered.

I asked they refund my Son and they refused sticking to their 28 day refund policy. But didn't take any responsibility for my reason for requesting it being their shambles!!!

The gift was supposed to be a fun experience, while it wasn't fun it's certainly been a costly experience. I was offered discounts by way of compensation, but refused to refund despite them cancelling and my lost days pay.

While the actual flight experienced might have been good (will never find out) their customer services experience was DISGRACEFULLY shocking. They've offered me a third date, which I can not book off work so sadly I won't be attending this.

They obviously need the ticket price more than I do so good luck to them. I don't need to put up with their shocking service so only fair I share my BAD experience of this. I felt so bad for my Son who had bought this as a gift that I will be refunding him. I guess Virtual Aerospace aren't interested in customer satisfaction or getting bad reviews.

A brilliant 2 hrs plus on the VIP package with an excellent instructor. Howard certainly knew his flying and guided me through some of the most difficult airport landings in the world. The hours passed far too quickly but it was thoroughly enjoyable and Howard made the whole experience both fun and exciting.

Did my sim prep assessment with virtual aerospace and was allocated Shoreham branch with my instructor Mak.
What a knowledgeable, professional,calm and smart instructor.
Simulator was great exactly what I needed for my sim assessment, but the highlight was mak he came all prepared with charts and assessment profile.
His teaching was excellent, he built my scan, pitch power setting, go around, engine failure techniques to the T.
With his excellent professional assistance I got the job flying 737(I’m ex A380 captain).
