Customer service is atrocious and who ever is answering questions (and replying in these reviews) is clearly rude. I don't know if Alex is a real person but a cut and dry response would be ideal. I simply asked for a tracking number and what country the product is being shipped from and I receive some untraceable tracking number that sends you back to the vision marketplace site when clicked...even though it claims to be a tracking link. Telling me "we are located in Europe" does not answer the COUNTRY or what carrier my package is coming through for me to track. Currently it has been 2.5 weeks but at least my status finally changed to "shipped." We'll see how long this takes. Can I get a REAL tracking number please or can you at least tell me the carrier? Thanks.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. It made me feel really uneasy and i was worried i got scammed! I wanted to try someone new hoping maybe i could find something faster or easier but THIS PLACE IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I placed my order and checked every single day for any kind of progress but still 3 weeks later it still said "awaiting fulfilment" i sent multiple messages got 1 reply that was not helpful at all. I asked for my money back with no reply. I finally had to find them on Facebook and send a message to get my money refunded. I STILL AM NOT CONVINCED THIS IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. I have never written a review in my life but this WAS NOT a pleasant experience. DON'T DO IT.

This company is a scam!!!! I ordered my contacts on the 20th and STILL have not received my lenses.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would!!! thats how bad there shipping and customer service is, I've been waiting for more than the 10-15 business days they promise to deliver by and the only person who'll answer back to you is *Alex* providing vague answers like "your order will be shipped soon". I'm not the type of person that goes on writing bad reviews but i just had to for this company. Believe me there 10-15 days is a LIE!!!! false advertisements!!!!

Worst company ever. Website claimed it takes 10-15 business days to ship out my order however, its been more than a month but my order is still "awaiting fulfilment". Super disappointed. I read all the negative reviews but I still decided to go ahead and purchase one pair of solotica lenses to see if they really take so long to ship and they've let me down. Initially I wanted to purchase 5 pairs and also help my friends purchase a couple more pairs but thank god I only bought one pair first to try and see how long they take to ship out the item.

Placed an order for two pairs of colored contacts and before they shipped my eyes started having problems so I email the customer service people on Friday to cancel and they refunded my purchase no problem on Sunday. Great price and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

Stay away!! Stick with wrlens or lens me for your contact needs! I placed an order over a month ago for prescription lenses and expected at least two weeks for them to receive items and then ship to me. Wrong. They are still 'awaiting fulfillment'. see my theory here is someone else before me ordered them and they are supplying them first. I don't know what's wrong with this company or how they are still even in business. Unless you are a YouTube star or someone of importance, forget about any customer service. I was told over a week ago my items would be in (they were in and shipped to someone else)

Wrlens and lensme cost more but they won't haggle you and expect a quick turn around time for lenses to be received. Stay away from visionmarketplace- and Alex, apparently the only one who works their help desk.

I ORDERED MY CONTACT ON MARCH 6TH AND NOW ITS APRIL 4TH haven't received my contact yet. I tried contacting THEM nobody is picking up my call . It is soooo frustrating

Vision Market Place offers Solotica lenses for a reasonable price compared to competitors, but their shipping and customer service are way less than satisfactory. Shipping takes 10-15 days, but they don't really mention that they mean business days, I had to research that myself. During this time period the customer service team has 0 communication with you unless you continuously seek them out and message them, even then they don't provide you with anything but vague responses such as "your order will ship soon" or "the lenses are in transit to our office". I feel like I'm being kept in the dark for something that I paid for, at this point I'm feeling uncomfortable and worried that I may not recieve my order. I ordered March 16th and I haven't received any notification of shipping and today is currently April 5th. I wouldn't be so upset if they just provided me with accurate updates on where my order is, I want to know where my lenses are, what country, what state, what city, anything. I want an accurate time frame of when they will arrive to your office "soon" is not an appropriate answer. I want an accurate time frame for when they will arrive to MY door, I will gladly update my review if vision market place provides me with some actual order details. Saying that an order will ship between 10-15 days is false advertising, apparently it takes most orders a lot longer than that.

UPDATE: Today is April 19th and still no word on when my order will ship.

I love this lenses and all people think this my eyes color I have 7 lenses but I love this a lot .... just when I wear it happen few red in my eyes after one hour I wear and when I wear it more from 2 hours and move it I feel ache and few red in my eyes I have different lenses but no one do same this lenses this happened from first times I have it to now and I clean it so good and have mechan to clean all lenses but how ever I love this lenses wonderful color and so natural thank you

Its been 18 days since I ordered my contacts and its still saying waiting fulfilment I've talked to "Alex" they said it would be shipped in 2-3 days but having looked at other reviews on other sites it seems as though I'm going to be waiting months for my contacts. I usually do my research before buying a product but I saw videos on YouTube that mention they got their contacts within 10 days. Apparently that's not the case.

My wife ordered contacts and she is pleased with the purchase. However, this company shipped the order from Cyprus and took about 2 1/2 months to ship the order. This is common in European community but not the typical method of business for the US market. Please be aware that their shipments will take time to be received ... almost 3 months. Again, my wife is pleased with the product, though.

Honestly the worst experience. I had ordered my prescriptive contacts February 18th and we are now nearing April and I have not received anything. The status of my order still says "awaiting fulfillment," leaving the suggested wait times false. While they blame it on the manufacturer, I don't see how a professional company does not keep in contact with all personnel and people's orders. While they are the cheapest to buy from, stay away if you're impatient because you'll be waiting for god knows how long.

I ordered two pairs of Solotica contact lenses on March 6, it's now March 24 and my order is still "awaiting fufillment". I live in Canada and also have prescription lenses and I figured my order would be around the shipping time that they said. But after reading the comment down below made me really upset because this person seems like they ordered not too long ago and got their order before mine. So it's either, a) fake reviews to boost their reviews on her or b) they ordered theirs before mine.

I've been in contact with "Alex" and each time he said that my order should be shipped out in a few days time. But alas, almost a month has gone by and I still haven't gotten my order. If I honestly don't get my order by April 6, I'm canceling my order and getting my money back because this is ridiculous.

On Tuesday evening I ordered my natural colors Solotica colored contact lenses (with prescription) and on Friday I had them on my eyes! Perfect and quick service (I chose express shipping). They informed me about my order progress from the early beginning til the end and they provided me with tracking number with witch I knew exactly where my order was. Contacts were in perfect shape and packed carefully with respect to the consumer. I will definitely order my next contacts from visionmarketplace and I recommend that you do too.

Visionmarketplace is amazing. Ive ordered these lenses from other websites and it has taken forever. Although they said 14-18 days for Canada, my shipment from Visionmarketplace arrived in less than 2 weeks which I was definitely not expecting. I had emailed them to help me track my order and Alex got back to me within a couple days (great turn around time). So excited for my lenses.

I online shop all of the time but this is ridiculous. I ORDERED MY CONTACTS ON THE 12TH PAID ADDITIONAL FEE FOR 3DAY SHIPPING AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY CONTACTS.IF I'D KOWN IT WOULD'VE TOOK THIS LONG I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED THEM HONESTLY. NO NUMBER TO REACH THEM AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS NOT REACHED OUT TO ME.If I don't receive anything today I'm going to have to spread the word.This just might be a big scam; one that I just so happend to spend 90 something dollars on.smh.No tracking # ,site keeps saying awaiting fulfillment.

This company is a scam I paid 78.50 for my contacts over 3 weeks and still have not received them! They emailed me about a week ago to change my status as delivered and I still have not received my contacts!! Do not order from them!!!! I will report this fake a** Company

Disastrous customer service that makes you go around in circles. They cancel an order after 2 months of waiting without any justification and do not answer when asked the question.
It is a site not serious at all and wich scam you! They then play the victims by saying they are doing things right. Run away !

I was hesitant at first because I've never ordered contacts before online. I made sure I emailed back and forth with updates on where they were(tracking number AND Carrier) They got back to me ASAP. Which I appreciated! Standard shipping took exactly as long as it said. 14-18 days was about 19. Recieved them and am super happy. Great quality contacts. Exact color.
