Disappointment is the only word I can use to this site. Never again! On May 11th I ordered the Solotica Hidrocor Crystal with different power as my prescription says. I received it on May 24th, but the wait didn’t bother me cause I read the reviews. Unfortunately when I tried it I had both lenses in totally different color. The left eye was way to darker and pupil was way bigger than the right eye. Impossible to wear. Ridiculous! I sent an e-mail with the pictures, and of course as it was visible defective Alex told me to send it back. To send it back to Visiual costed me $14.44 because it is from United States to Cyprus (where Vision Market is located). I sent an e-mail with the receipt and asked if I would have the money from the shipping back while I waited them to send me new contacts. Alex refund me the money and me and my husband thought we were dealing with a nice company. Well, on June 12th I received the order back, and guess what? Exactly same problem, left eye much darker and big pupil. I took pictures again, sent an e-mail to Alex asking if it was a problem with the color, if maybe another color wouldn’t come with the same problem… Alex answered me: “When it comes to Solotica prescription lenses, it all depends on what the manufacturer can supply us with.
It's unlikely for three pairs in a row to be defective.” Alex told me send the lenses back, and I asked about the refund of the shipping again, another $14.44 that I had to pay and the refund of lenses, cause at that point I just didn’t think that the lenses would work anymore. Alex answered me:

I paid $74.51(lenses) + $2.24 (fee) + $14.44 (Shipping back defective lenses) and they just refund me $60.07 + 1.80 (fee). So they just didn’t refund me back the amount I paid for the lenses, didn’t paid me back the second shipping and deducted on my refund the first shipping back. I sent back an e-mail saying that the amount was wrong on June 24th but never heard from them back.
Unacceptable!!

So I purchased the Solotica Quartzo and Mel and then I came across this site and my heart sank. I thought for sure I had just wasted my money. However, it shipped to Canada in less than a week! The lenses are legit and look beautiful.

My lenses were shipped according to the waiting time declared by the company. I ordered prescription lenses and I had to wait 15 BUSINESS day (so Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends) for them to be shipped. It was ok with me because vision marketplace prices are so convenient and moreover they ship from Cyprus and I live in UE, so not having to pay custom duties it's a plus for me. It took a month and a week for my lenses to be delivered to my front door. I had a tracking number and I could monitor where my packet was all the time.I'll buy from them again since I don't mind waiting and their price are unbeatable.

Il sito è affidabile e nel mio caso la transazione è andata a buon fine. Se ordinate lenti a contatto graduate dovrete attendere almeno 15 giorni lavorativi prima che la ditta ve le spedisca. Una volta spedite le lenti riceverete un tracking number che vi consentirà di tracciare il pacco. Io ho seguito il pacco prima tramite il sito delle poste di Cipro, e in seguito sul sito delle Poste. Ho aspettato un mese e una settimana per riceverle, ma sapevo che avrei dovuto aspettare quel tanto tempo e mi sono messa l'anima in pace!. Riordinerò sicuramnte le Solotica da loro.

Here is the thing. DON'T EVER TRY TO ORDER LENS FROM THIS COMPANY. TRUST THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Considering the made me waited five days to "let the payment to be cleared"and then another 19 days until now, my lens still hasn't shipped. Yep I ordered the solotica lens everyone talks abt. NO. It does not arrive. No, the same Alex keeps telling you to wait. NO. Please don't shop on this website you will regret it. Anyone who has a positive experience, good for you. But I seriously doubt the reliability of those comments.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I ordered my contacts and recieved a shipping alert on May 26. It's June 3 today and I've just recieved my Solotica lenses and they are literally amazing. I'm ordering again as we speak. Don't trust these other reviewers, I have a feeling they're probably working for another company. This place is bomb thanks for the contacts!

I ordered Solotica lenses from here. I waited over three months for them to finally arrive,after constantly sending emails back and forth to chase my order. But after three months of which I wore them a counted times of may be 30 days on and off the lens tore and not in my hand it was in the case deteriorated when I opened it that's after daily care with solution.
I would never buy or recommend vision market place to any one after paying £80 for yearly lenses you wouldn't think they would atleast last 6mths if not a year. And the company wouldnt send replacements.. outright refused.

Bad experience, horrible, horrible customer service. I emailed them to ask how long it would take to get my lenses mailed to the US. I was told once I placed the order I would have them within one week. I placed my order and they still had not shipped within one week. Alex in customer service provided me with tracking and when I found out it would be several weeks before I received them I cancelled my order and Alex refused to contact me back when I asked for a refund. Do not order from Vision Marketplace.

Ordered my contacts on May 13, it's currently the 1st of June. Paid for express shipping, but obviously it's not really express shipping and you have no idea where your package is. Got a tracking number but nowhere to use it. I'm hoping to get the contacts within the next week, but after this I will not order from them again.

Received my contacts, but they are very visibly two different colors. Both containers say "cristal" but one is much lighter than the other. Do not order from this company.

Lowest prices but longest ship time. After two weeks my order still hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service and found out that they had ordered the contacts from Brazil (Solotica Lenses) and were waiting for them to come in....to Cyprus! Apparently this is all spelled out on their website but I don't recall seeing that when I ordered. Anyway, ordered on 4/30 and received my lenses from Cyprus on 5/25. Lenses are perfect and I'm very happy. If you don't mind waiting and want to save some money, give them a try. I will order from them again.They sent me a 10% off next order as well. With the already low prices and free shipping, you can't beat their prices. Just need to be VERY patient.

After purchasing solotica lenses, i started to look at Vision marketplace reviews here and I was getting worried that I may have been scammed or my product will Never arrive. Because Two weeks or more passed and the status was stuck on "awaiting fulfillment" for a whilllleee.

After researching my situation, I learned that vision marketplace orders from the solotica company that's located in Brazil And vision marketplace is located in Cyprus. And I'm located in the United States. So obviously it's gonna take some time for this package to move around. So I guess I understand there's gonna be a bit of a wait. I waited exactly a month. (April 12 - May 12) for my purchase to be delivered. It took around 3 weeks for my prescribed lenses to reach vision marketplace from the solotica company. And maybe a week for it to be delivered to my house in the United States from Cyprus. My lenses looked amazing. I was worried they may have been defected too, after reading some reviews. But mine weren't. And I received a discount coupon and a free lense case.

Bottom line is that you aren't scammed. Don't worry. It's just gonna take some time because your purchase will most likely be traveling from country to country before getting shipped to you. Btw the tracking link didn't work on the website (at least for me) so I just looked up the tracking number in google and was updated from there.

I got the name of this website off a youtube review on solotica lenses. In the review she showed the package with solutuion included and an extra contact case. After I odered the contacts I came across this website and saw all the negative reviews I started to freak out . I thought I had just wasted €85 euro and I would never see my contacts. I order my lenses on the 27th and they were shipped 5 days later and I received them today 9 days after shipment which was a huge relief! I live in Ireland so it was exactly in the recommended delivery time. I do not have a prescription for my lenses so this may be what is causing the delays for many people. The packaging was kinda dirty and there was no solution or extra case included but I didnt really mind was just happy to get my contacts. Overall would recommend to people living in Europe and without a prescription

This website is absolutely horrible to order anything from. I placed my order nearly three weeks ago and still have not received any information stating that my package has even BEEN SHIPPED. 10/10 would not recommend, I could have gotten my package like two weeks ago if I had used a different site for my contacts. Bad decision on my part.

Took them almost 2 months to deliver my solotica contacts. They came in wrapped in black foam. Original solotica case wasn't in there, instead it was a cheap plastic one. I put the contacts in and the intensity of the colors were different. Returning them was easy, dealing with 'Alex' was very hard. Just to get them to refund the money took 2 weeks and to make matters worse when they did refund me the money, it wasn't the full amount. They sent me half of what i paid to purchase the contacts and now Alex claims that the FULL amount has been refunded. Haven't heard from her or him since last Sunday. Seriously they are liars/thiefs and they have the WORST customer service. If you buy from them you are wasting your money! Don't even take a chance on it. It is that bad.

omg guys they finally realized what i was talking about. there was a misunderstanding on their side. but i have the full refunded amount. so besides that. if your willing to wait about 2 months and potentially face a defective lens and have to return it, it should be okay

Never have I ever given a bad review on anyone, any website, etc. I too believe vision marketplace is a scam. This was my first time buying colored contacts from anyone. I didn't choose to buy from this company because they were cheap, but because the reviews on the site seems good and convincing that it wasn't a scam. I should have further did my research on google before finding out the hard way after I bought the contacts. I placed my order on March 23, 2017 and today is April 25. Way over the timeframe they had advertised on their site. I too emailed the company several times and got the same email back from "ALEX". After reading multiple reviews of the same issue I'm currently going through on this site, I decided to just cancel my order because I too might not receive them. Also after I read one of the reviews on here I reached out to them via Facebook and they responded 35 minutes later which was great compared to email. Im still currently waiting to see if they will even give me my money back. WHICH THEY BETTER since I never received them. Again DO NOT waste your time on Vision marketplace. You won't receive anything.

Just got my eye contacts, express shipping took abit longer than normal but that was because of the easter holidays. I got the eye contacts and they look great. Overall I would definitely buy from vision marketplace again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered on 30th March 2017 paid $45 for express shipping as well , was told to wait 10-15 working days to be shipped out. Waited those days, then contacted them on April 19th as it said still awaiting fulfilment. Alex responded and said it's in transit to our office STILL even after the waiting period was over. I threatened to open dispute with PayPal. He said if I wanna go ahead it will take another week to ship out I said no and got my money refunded n bought instead from lens.me , it's 24 April n lens.me contacts are already shipped out and in transit to NZ I paid 20$ more at lens.me but totally worth it. VISIONMARKETPLACE LIES N YOU WILL BE WAITING FOREVER IF I WAS YOU I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Just received my contact lenses. Even though it took one month to be delivered, I consider this is a good compromise, given that Solotica lenses are way cheaper on this site. They seems to be the genuine ones to me. I am therefore, at this time, satisfied with my experience. When placing your order, be aware of the fact that it will take time for your order to be processed since your lenses are produced in Brazil and that this company is located in Cyprus. Do not expect to be delivered within one or two weeks, especially if you order prescription lenses.

Place my order on March 23rs and it is still in status of awaiting fulfillment. Spoke to Alex twice saying it takes 10-15 days for prescription lenses which I did and now it had been a lot longer than 15 days so I spoke with Alex again stating that they are waiting for my lenses to be at the office so they can ship them which it has been another 3 days. This is taking way too long, I may just get a refund.

My last review got a response from them to send the an email to request an exchange or refund. Surprise no response. Two defective contacts. What angers me is the YouTube reviews they got to be paying for. My contact did not come in a box. I got no solution. I didn't even case. I know better though. Got enticed by the price. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND USE LENSME. They won't disappoint. Please take these reviews seriously. No one is paying me. I used my own money. Just a honest review

I have been so excited to receive these contacts. I ordered them on March 18th and still have not received them. No updates just constantly says shipping. Was promised that they would arive within 10-14 days
