Don't purchase from here unless you want to be ripped off! I ordered color contact lenses but received a different color. Representative cut+paste answer- contact lenses look different depending on your natural eye color! Now, I might have accepted that lame answer if I didn't have my daughter try on a contact I didn't try on. .She has hazel eyes naturally. And guess what? the amazon/emerald contact lens looked ridiculous on her too proving my point that they sent me the wrong contact lenses as I said. Don't purchase from here- you'll be ripped off!

I believe all the negative reviews are fake. I ordered solotica contacts two times this year and they arrived three days earlier than expected both times. I live in Germany, paid with PayPal and selected standard shipping to my country. The contacts are original and super comfortable. Thank you 😊

I ordered from them 3 times since march and i never had any problems and delivery time is very reasonable. I'm in california and it takes about 10 days with their normal $8 shipping. I bought solitica contacts once before from another website and im faimiliar with the brand. their contacts are real solitica. i could easily tell even before i tried them on by comparing the packaging and the glass bottles and the case. Everything was fine for me. very satisfied.

I dont understand the bad reviews either, i got my contacts within three days with express shipping and they were in perfect condition. Im sure theyre authentic solotica lenses, I got quartzo and they look natural as hell. Im going to buy mel now and see how it goes. Im scared from these reviews that what im getting arent authentic but im pretty sure it is

I really don't understand all these negative comments and truly believe they are competitor website posting because before I received my lenses i was sketchy and afraid I would not be receiving my contacts for a while however they came just on time and there customer service is great I usually speak with Alex and he always replys quick and helps with any questions I have if your unsure about ordering from this website please don't hesitate they're amazing ! Will be ordering again in the next few months

It's been 5 months since I ordered my contact lenses and I haven't received them, they don't give me a proper answer when requesting information. Then after waiting so long when requested a refund they finally sent it in full saying that Mexican postal service lost it, so why not sent it through UPS or DHL in the first place?!

Ordered my contacts (no prescription) on the 15th. Arrived today, the 26th. I live in the western part of the US. They arrived in perfect condition. Exact color that I saw on others when I researched them (Ambar, for anyone who cares). No issues. I don't understand the low rating.. seems extra fishy their competitor has a perfect rating. I would order from them again and I'd recommend them to others, too.

I received my three sets of contacts from vision marketplace today!I ordered them on Sept.19 th 2017.The order was accepted on the 20th of sep.They were delivered sep.25th.The package had been opened by customs as it was sent by air mail into Canada Edmonton Alberta.I did not get the contact solution in the package that I was told I would receive when I ordered the ice Solotica Hidrocor contacts.Maybe why It was opened and repackaged at customs.My first time ordering contacts and would tell Canadian buyers to purchase from Vision marketplace the delivery was faster than I expected.I also ordered the Bella Diamonds collection almond Grey and pacific blue.They arrived in the same package.I haven't tried them all on yet I have to go purchase contact solution.Thank you to Vision market place for the speedy delivery.I paid through paypal with no problems.Thanks again
The solution was not included because it is occationally given during promotions of the product.I do not know why customs opened my package.I received an email from Alex at vision marketplace telling me about the occational promotion and was given a discount code for my next order for 25% off.I have purchased solution and have tried on all three sets of contacts.Wow! They are better than I expected.The email was sent on Sep.26th .I would order from vision marketplace again and give them five stars for their kind response and great service.

I ordered my Solotica contacts on September 4 and got them on September 21. It took 2 weeks and 4 days, not bad. I've used multiple sites to purchase Solotica to try. This is my 3rd website to try out and the cheapest one so far. I had no problem with my contacts and the package was packaged safely and tight. I didn't have to sign at the door to receive my package like the other websites so I was happy about that to just pick it out of my mailbox and go. I tried them on and they're beautiful, exactly like the other website's Soloticas I've bought, and I buy them pretty much once every 2 years or once a year, depends. I'd definitely buy from them again because my experience was good. No problems for me.

I'm a regular lens.me customer. In effort to save some $ I chose to give vision marketplace a chance. It's been 3 weeks, and I still don't have the product. Tried to cancel it, but they said it was too late it had shipped although the tracking info only confirmed the label was created. Will never but from this company again.

I ordered solitica hazel nut contact lens which I used to order from the main site before. Their delivery is fast and good packaging BUT, the contact lens looks different than the original ones (more fake) but comfortable. The original ones look sooo real even when you get closer. The only thing that made me order from them was the delivery is faster to United States. But I'm disappointed. Doesn't worth it to spend that much money for fake ones i'd rather to wait 20 days delivery to get the original contacts.

I'm from Spain, i had my contact lenses yesterday and i'm very happy with them. I ordered Hidrocor Mel with prescription and they are amazing. I saw myself and i was like WOW, i felt pretty weird with them. I did wear them a few hours and they are super comfy and I got used to them. I LOVE them, it's a beautiful color.
About the website, i choose the standard shipping. It has taken 10 days, it normally takes 7-10 days so i can't say nothing. :D

Okay, so, im not exactly sure why this website has so many bad reviews and i honestly wonder if some of them are from their competitors like lens.me ,another lens company mentioned all throughout these reviews. If they are fake negative reviews, ill say good job, you fooled me and i damn near logged into fb to cancel my order with vision marketplace (which apparently has better customer service than the email on their actual website-and i was NOT going to deal with 'alex') because of these horror stories but im glad i was frugal enough to give them a chance and value the $ i was saving because they shipped my contacts in less than 48 hours after i initially ordered them. So that made me feel better knowing i wouldn't wait half a month or whole month for them to arrive (mine arrived within 7 business days)but i was still worried about receiving some used defective contacts because so many people here were complaining about the quality and the packaging i honestly wondered if they were re selling used/returned soloticas or something (dramatic,i know) one reviewer said she received her glass vials in some weird foam tubing and all this other stuff about the packaging but let me say, i recieved mine a few hours ago.AND THERE WAS NOTHING SHADY ABOUT IT! Mine literally came in the original solitica box which was sealed in a bubble wrap padded envelope. And as if their prices arent low enough as is, they were kind enough to include a 10% coupon. As long as they dont change they will have a customer in me and now If anything, im skeptical of these negative reviews instead of being skeptical of the company itself. Some of yall made me feel like i got scammed by a fake company >:(

Takes a while to receive. I ordered hydrocore Mel and Ice and the colors were okay didn't make much of a difference. But figured since its suppose to look natural. Colors were pretty! One of the contacts on my right eye kept shifting as well and it made my vision blurry..

I understand that things happen and people have bad experiences, but I'm truly surprised by the ratings. I've ordered contacts from them twice now and both times have been wonderful. My contacts arrived in about a week/week in a half. Everything went well, and I absolutely love my contacts.

Ordered Hidrocor Ocre. Recieved them in 5 days. Came in perfect condition in the ACTUAL solotica box. I am very happy with the contacts looks amazing on my dark skin tone. At first i was scared with all the bad reviews on this site but im so surprised how they came in with in a week considering they are located in Cyprus and Im in US. Also feels like there is nothing on my eyes very comfortable.

Im from the U.S i order my contacts on June 25 just got them today took almost 3 weeks to receive I did get prescription, also it did not come in a box nor did I get solution like all the youtubers got. My contacts was protected by a styrofoam black tube in a little bag, they do give you a coupon for the next order but I'm not a patient person, if you are then by all means order from here. I recommend for the non patients people to order from lens.me i've order from them three times and they give you a cute box and other things in there and they do free shipping! and you get your contacts in less than 3 days!!!!

Well, I was scared after I found the reviews here. I paid express shipping before I saw that it could up to 10 days before shipping for prescription lens. That order was placed Saturday, and my item was shipped Monday (first working day) from Cyprus and arrived to California today (Thursday). The lens did not come in the box packaging, but rather securely placed in foam tubing inside a padded envelope in a DHL bag. Even though the package shipped on Monday, the website didn't update status from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Shipped" till Wednesday. The tracking link does not work, but I knew from their website expedited shipping is DHL, so I just copied and pasted the number into DHL's tracking myself. DHL said it wouldn't arrive till Friday, but it actually arrived today. I'm not sure what the difference is between my order and others', unless they are delayed if they're not in stock in your RX? Not sure, but I'm glad mine came today!

I ordered my lens , Hydrocor Ocur, from this company when I started to order straight from Brazil, the official site...I may as well because I waited over a month for them anyways.
So great WAS MY DISAPPOINTMENT, WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED, at FIRST I THOUGHT...NO, THESE CANT BE WHAT i ORDERED...BELIEVE ME i REVIEWED NEARLY EVERY you Tube DEMO OF MEN AND WOMEN ALL RACES TO BE FULLY ABLE TO SEE HOW THE COLOR MAY REFLECT SKIN TOME OR EYE COLOR VARIATIONS, ONCE SATISFIED ON HOW NATURAL THEY LOOKED ON All..So I ORDERED FROM Vision Marketplace. . (Sorry about the caps)
I placed them in my eyes..and nearly cried...I look like a spooky Halloween witch!!
These are Not the same lens that are shown online!! I repeat, these are not the same lens...probably some fakes or knock-offs.
I wear them only due to the prescription in them ...I tossed my old lens out after ordering these...yet , I wear my sunglasses whenever possible to hid these hideous lens.
When I notified Vision Marketplace..about this..This guy replies"

The exact result you get with colored lenses depends on your natural eye color and not just on the lens itself.
As we state on our website you should only purchase lenses you are already wearing successfully to ensure you are familiar and happy with the color/result.
Please return our lenses back to us for a refund.

I could detect sarcasm in his email tone, so I figured I would be waiting FOREVER TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AND PROBABLY NOT A TOTAL REFUND AT THAT!
But after so many comments regarding these spooky lens, as well as reading so many like reviews..I thing i will step this up and contact Consumer Affairs and BBB. $75.00 is too much to pay for lens only to be scammed and let them get away with it.

I ordered my contacts with two different prescription standard shipping I order on June 10 and they came today July 3 which I believe is acceptable considering there good prices. They came in a white package no solution but there was a case the lenses came in a spongy black tube. The contacts were excellent expect one was stuck to the end of the vile which was fine because I carefully use the end of a plastic mascara stick. Otherwise everything had been fine. And the quality solotica seem to be pretty good compare to other brands in terms of looking real as well but remember contacts are still contacts some else might feel different or share a different thought. In my personal experience they did not shift at all. If you do order from here and you live in the U.S don't expect them to be here in two weeks if they have prescription. If waiting for you is no problem then this is a good site I don't know about express shipping though. Overall every thing was good five stars.
