Vision Marketplace Reviews 

I bought Solotica lenses there a few months ago. They came after quite a long time (almost one month from as far as I remember), but I wasn’t in a hurry or anything. Once I wrote to the company and Alex answered me the next day. So no communication issues.
One of the lenses was fine, but the other one was a little bit uncomfortable to wear since the very beginning, I don’t know why. I wore them anyway however they are not comfortable lenses and certainly not good for a year. After few months they lost they colour (I have dark brown eyes and I picked Hidrocor Crystal).

This is the first and last time i order from this company. I ordered for a look and to review with my 12k followers, I ordered contacts Friday morning at 5am. Although I understand the holidays I ordered with no prescription, and paid almost 40 extra bucks for shipping for express delivery, only to find today that my contacts will not be delivered until after New Years! When I expected them before. The express shipping charge is a SCAM! Period— i also strongly believe the company falsely placed good reviews

I started to use this website a couple of years ago when I've bought a pair of Solotica contact lenses and since then I kept going on purchasing my lenses from here; I think their prices are quite cheap, even standard shipping is quick and so far I've never had to pay useless cutstoms taxes ( buying from other websites it was normal for me to pay each time 30 extra euros because of this taxes).
Recently I've also bought a pair of eyeglasses, they haven't arrived yet but normally the items are delivred perfectly in time.
Last but not least, this website can boast an excellent, quick and kind customer service: they helped me twice in a very short time satisfying completely my requests/doubts/questions.
I must say I'm very satisfied and I will definitely keep on buying from them and I recommend it to anyone.

I Love Solotica lenses . Very natural and comfortable !! Alex is wonderful to work with ! I order few times for the last 4 years ! In the beginning ( when i did't know the company ) i was little nervous when i asked i question about my order Alex sometimes did not respond right the way . - BUT SERIOUSLY it's a different in the hours time !! 2 times my orders took little longer to come to USA ! But this is ONLY Post service problems ! Alex & Vision Marketplase compony is 100% RELIABLE ! That WAY i keep ordering from him ! And recommended the lenses & company to my sister from London . I ordered contacts on December 6th I received them December 21st. I just got my contacts in and they appeared clear in the containers but on they do show up a little more blue but still very white and not what I was expecting! The company did contact me back and are being very generous about the situitation and I’m pleased with the customer service at this point.

Okay..if you live in the U.S order from lensme.com you pay like 15$ extra but you get the contacts in the stated time. I ordered two pairs of contacts on 12/6/2017, they shipped out two days later on 12/8/2017. Today is 12/14/2017 and the email I received from “Alex” says that it’s in the process of ore shipping ?.. this website is only good if you don’t live in the U.S...I emailed this unprofessional business today and demanded a refund so I can get the contacts from the other website before Christmas arrives. Overall my experience with this trash website ridiculously sucked. Never again....update:even going off of what they told me..on 12/8/2017 my order was shipped so when 12/22/2017 arrives and I still don’t have my contacts we’ll see who’s been fair.

My order was shipped out on 11/29/2017. It has been at ISC New York since midnight 12/8/2017 with no update yet. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience, especially since I've spent 100+. I'll update my review once they update the tracking

UPDATE AS OF 12/15/17: My package has been departed from Queens, NY. That took a week, quite ridiculous.

UPDATE 12/16/2017: My package has finally arrived to Los Angeles, CA. Should be arriving 8pm

This is really the best site that i have stumbled upon,their customer support is SO GOOD,they answered me in 20 minutes and solved my problem with lenses,not to mention my lenses were shipped in 2 days!People who are writting negative comments are obviously trolls or other cites.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE I DID NOT REGRET IT A BIT

I ordered Solotica lenses in Topazio and Quartzo. Paid for express shipping. Bought them Thrusday 12/7,just got them today Monday 12/11. They're legit Solotica and came way way before I thought they would. Only negative thing I can say is I had to sign for them, DHL was the carrier and I just happened to be home at the time they came. So I would have left a 4 star for that since it's a Monday and I'm sure most people work Mondays and I work at night so it's a miracle I was already up, but there's so many fake negative reviews I thought I should post this because I was apprehensive ordering in the first place, but that site seemed the least sketchy.

I am so satisfied with Vision Marketplace i would recommend it to everybody that wants good qualitylenses. I got my lenses very fast with express shipping, it came before the estimated time and i was surprised because if i order lenses here in Norway you would at least wait 3 days +! I got mine from VisionMarketplace within 2 days!!!

The customer service - (I've been in contact with Alex that is incredible) they are so nice and helpful and answers mails even faster then the time i take to write them my questions! I will definently order from them again, from now on Vision Marketplace is my Temple for lenses- #1 ! <3

Orderd mine 3 days ago and got them,with express shipping,great customer service,i was so sceptical since i live in Serbia it seemed impossible to receive them,but here i am i got them in perfect timing,im so satisfied

i ordered on Nov. 3rd, didnt ship til’ Nov. 6th but now its December 4th and i still have yet to receive them. they dont update their tracking link and email was sent to me asking me to review how the lenses were when i havent even got them yet. i shouldnt have to wait a whole month for my contacts to come. i emailed them asking them where my contacts were since i was getting concerned and they emailed back to me that they will try to locate where my package is. its been a week since i’ve heard from them and nothing.

Overall quality of contacts are great and customer service responds in a timely manner. However, it gets two stars because they do not arrive in a timely manner. In addition, I upgraded to express shipping, only to read that even if you purchase express shipping, if the product is not available it will take an additional 2-3 weeks. What a waste of money!

Hello, well I ordered on 11/26/2017 and I received my shipping information 11/27/2017. I am here because I want to help others who are skeptical of this website accompany me through the process of shipment. I am really excited and for your reference here is some information about my order and myself. I have dark( almost black) hair, light olive skin and dark brown eyes. I ordered the Hidrocor graphite contact lenses, which i have heard the new opacity is gorgeous. I will update as soon as I get more information on my shipment!
Updates:
11/28/2017- okay, so it looks like my order was shipped at 1:49 in Cyprus- which is a middle eastern country. The time zone is different in the US and in Cyprus by eight hours which was a little confusing at first. I am now able to track shipping through USPS.
12/09/2017- still no contacts, my order has been saying "in transit to destination" for the past four days.. It is in America, last place they were was in New York. But that was a week ago.
12/12/2017- USPS page says they should arrive today by 8:00 PM.
12/12/2017- Okay, I received my contact lenses today. Upon putting the first contact, I fell in love: the color is so beautiful and natural. Put in the other contact. Wait. Why is it way darker than the other one??? I took a look at the small containers and compared them to one another. They both say grafite. However, it looks like one of the original contact lens was switched with another. I am understandably really upset. These lenses were expensive and I received two different colors. My assumption is that I received a 2016 and 2017 opacity. I have emailed Visionmarketplace to see what they can do about this. I hope I get this fixed, I will update as soon as I receive a reply.
12/14/2017- Okay, so for your reference I posted a picture of my eyes with the different colored contacts on the profile picture you see. I got a response from "Alex" saying that one of the lenses could be flipped inside out. I tried this but it changed nothing. I messaged Alex again and he told me they would send me a new pair. I ordered these lenses with time because I will be going on a winter vacation to Mexico, I expected to have no problem with the lenses. I really appreciate VisionMarketplace.com for offering to get me a new pair, however I really wish they would offer Express shipping because of their mistake (are being sent with standard).
12/14/2017- Okay, I received a reply quite fast. Alex told me that since they were already shipped they could not do express shipping. He said that the post office would most likely hold my package for a couple of weeks. Also he offered me a discount for the inconvenience! I may not receive my contacts on time, but the service is very good. I will most likely be purchasing again from this website if there is no problem with the lenses they send back!

I ordered prescription contacts on the evening of 11/20/17 via PayPal, I received my contact lenses on Friday 11/20/17 the day after Thanksgiving in United States (California), and I also received free shipping because my purchase was over $100. For those that’s complaining about Vision Marketplace and driving the reviews down,You need to quit if it’s to build another business up! This was my first time purchasing and I didn’t experienced any issues, just good experiences. I did not speak to anyone verbally, but I asked a question on the website and Alex responded promptly and professionally. Thanks Vision Marketplace, because of your professionalism in quick response, I’m sure I will be doing business again. I tried on one pair of the purchased lenses and went shopping, since this is the holiday weekend and the lens feel very comfortable. I just need to open the other three packages now. Thanks also to Diana from YouTube, I’m now very happy that I’m experiencing a set of new eyes.

Bought the hidrocor quartzo and mel on 11/10 and received them on 11/22 using their regular shipping. The mel are my favorite ones people think is my natural color. The quartzos are lighter than i hoped for but overall im happy and the price was good.
