Fast shipping.

I ordered Solotica in Hidrocor Mel on February 12th, the lenses were shipped the next day and I got them on March 2nd. On the website it says that standard shipping to my country takes from 10 to 20 days to arrive and my order came in 17 days which I’m very satisfied about.
The lenses are great, they’re nor damaged nor giving me a blurry vision.
Can’t say anything about customer service because everything went nice and smoothly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just received my lenses today. I ordered a -10.00 and the lenses I got are NOT a prescription of any kind. I contacted customer service and they are shipping me a new pair. I thought I was going to get taken, but they were simply outstanding helping address my concern.

I've tried a lot of websites over the past 4 years to purchase contacts (specifically Solotica's brand) and this site has the cheapest prices. Other sites I've used are sooo expensive even without the shipping costs. Plus they all have the real deal authentic contacts but Vision Marketplace by far has the best price for one, two you don't have to sign at the door to get your contacts, because with other sites you have to sign at the door and if we're not there to sign to receive our package, it would be a pain to go to the post office to pick them up and sign etc. three, the contacts are soooo, sooo beautiful, it's exactly the same as other sites as for being the real deal contacts, this is the ONLY site I'm ever using, I never have any problems with them. Some places it takes month in a half to get contacts, but last time it took this site about 2 weeks 1/2? not bad! some times quicker than that.

Update: May 2019, I did have to sign at the door for my 2 pairs of contacts since I order more than one pair this time, I guess if you order a lot you have to sign because of the price. But I still only order my contacts here.

I had An amazing experience with Visionmarketplace.com I was Worried do to previous reviews. My boyfriend ordered two pairs of coloured solotica lenses for me and he's based in Australia. My address is currently in Singapore. It reached me within three weeks, securely packaged and with a voucher code. The return address is a P.O.box in CY2342, Cyprus. Trusted seller.

When I received my first pair of prescription Solitica lenses they were blurry and I couldn’t use them. I understand that they may take a few weeks to arrive because of prescription.

The customer service was awesome. I was able to exchange them. I should be getting them soon. I also ordered some Adores as well.

This is what I have learned. Due to the thickness of some longer wearing contact lenses like a year, some of us may not be able to wear them. Although we want to. Other factors as well like allergies and the material that the lenses are made of. If you receive a second pair after exchanging them and you still can’t wear them then you can’t wear them.

Sorry so long but I hope this helps others. Vision Marketplace has great service and I will definitely recommend them to others. I will definitely do business again with them. Can’t wait to try the Deep lashes.

I bought Solotica Lenses from their website because they were the cheapest I could find for prescription Solotica Lenses. I am aware that there are varied experiences about the length of shipping, however mine didn't take long (around a week), which I was really happy about. The lenses are beautiful, however the reason why I am only giving 3 stars to Vision Marketplace is because they sent me the wrong prescription. Paying over £60 pounds for contact lenses to then have the wrong prescription is a huge problem, and then having to pay to send them back when it is their negligence is a huge red flag for me, so I really do not appreciate it. I did mention this to them, and they did tell me that I can always send the lenses back, however it will cost me to do that and I have read that someone had a similar problem and they never got an exchange after sending them back, therefore I am not too sure I want to take this risk. My eyesight is really bad, so not having the right prescription means that I can't wear the contacts as much as I'd want to, and that is a shame as I paid so much for them. If they had sent me the right product I would have given them 5 stars. Because of this, I doubt I'll purchase from them again, which is a shame.

It took 25 days to get my order and although I was irritated by this, the communication from Alex at Vision Market place was exceptional. He responded immediately to my frustrated emails and explained the delay was beyond their control due to weather conditions, etc. The only thing I would suggest is for Vision Market Place to state that orders to the US could take up to a month due to unforeseen Occurances, instead of stating 10-14 days.

I've been a customer of Vision Marketplace for about 7 years now and can easily say that they are the best online company to buy contact lenses from online. Alex always answers my queries within a few hours. It has never taken me more than 6 days to receive my orders from Vision Marketplace even though I am in Australia. Orders are always perfect. I've already recommended Vision Marketplace to my sisters and mum, Vision Marketplace is easily the best online contact lens store out there. Keep up the great customer service!!!

I am sooooooo happy and relieved that I choose vision market place to purchase my first pair of Solotica contacts. I never wore Solotica contacts before and I've never seen them in the U.S. so I wasn't absolutely sure about buying contacts online. Since i moved from New Jersey to California the only time i was able to get new contacts was when I visted back home. After extensive research I decided that vision market place would be my choice. And I was so relieved to receive my order in a timely matter and nicely secured packaging. I'm very thankful to now have a secured place I can order my contacts!

A couple of months ago I was searching for a website to order a pair of Solotica and I came across Vision Marketplace. They offered better prices than most other websites so of course I felt enticed. I checked their reviews and since they were good on average, I decided to trust them. Now I am very glad I did. I had a couple of questions about the product and got in touch with their customer service before the purchase. Alex got back to me in no time and provided all the information I needed. I bought one pair of hidrocor and they arrived sooner than I expected (although that might depend on the country of destination and whether they have the lenses you choose in stock or need to have them shipped from the producer in South America). The lenses were perfectly packaged and the box even contained a 10% discount coupon for the next purchase. I especially appreciated the fact that, whenever possible, they send you lenses from the same batch, which means you do not run the risk of having lenses in two slightly different hues, which is a problem I hear many Solotica-buyers encountered. Two months after my first purchase I bought another pair. Same excellent service, same fast delivery. The trouble was that this time one of the lenses was slightly defective. I did not expect to receive a refund because I had only opened them several weeks after delivery, so I just did nothing. A few days ago I found out that Vision Marketplace was offering discounts so I took the chance to try and order another lens to replace the defective one, but the website platform only allows you to buy them in pairs. So I got in touch with their customer service to ask whether it would have been possible to order just one lens and to my surprise they replied that I could and since I was a regular customer it would have been free of charge! I have been buying contact lenses online for years and, based on my personal experience, this is probably one of the best websites to buy contact lenses: quality products, excellent service and extra-nice customer care.

I have read some bad reviews on this site. I had a rocky start with my order that was taken care of with excellent customer service. Alex may be just the name the use as their customer service counterpart as there company is in Cyprus.
I originally ordered Hidrocor Quartzo lenses and was dissatisfied. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and look at 2018 colors YouTube/online before ordering as the colors change a little every year. Also whether your eyes are dark brown or light brown. In my experience I believe my Hidrocor Quartzo were even lighter on my light brown eyes.
I had a lot of correspondence with “Alex” and he/she was very helpful and willing to please me.
I ended up with my lenses replaced. I asked for Hidrocor Grafite and I am so happy! They are very natural yet give a complete color change.
ALSO AS FAR AS SHIPPING ....it took about 12-14 days to get my lenses from Cyprus to upstate NY. They are held in customs for over 10 days in NYC area. That is the hold up. I also was disappointed with shipping until I investigated the tracking twice with post office. It’s not the company’s fault for hold up.
Vision Marketplace has great products and customer service. Understand where your ordering from and what your asking for. To be assured great Solitica’s, Waicon or any other lenses I’d stick it out with them.
