Never again. Ordered vitamins 5/12/25, their tracking never worked, 3 times I filled in their form to ask where my delivery was, received a bog standard holding reply, but no communication. I did receive my order eventually, but WOULD NOT use this company again.

They charge you the money, don’t deliver the item and then send an email wanting a reviewing saying the item has been delivered. This is definitely a scam site.
Do not order from them.

After a very very very very long wait and many emails. Despite HAVING PAID IN ADVANCE. I have received NOTHING!!!! WHERE IS MY PURCHASE ????

Not had the delivery and no reply from vitaminplanet. Will try to get a charge-back from my credit card. Tracking information doesn't work. They should be removed from the internet.

but instead of receiving what I’ve ordered some black clothes kinda belt like was send instead so until today no parcel and refund. Disappointed and don’t buy here Not a good comps at all.

I have chased for my order which has not been delivered, it is over 3 weeks overdue. All you can do is complete a form online and then the tell you they will get back to you, usually within 24 hours. 3 days later and still nothing
Have chased but dont hold much hope

Parcel not received

Ridiculous time to wait on product being sent out 2 weeks is not acceptable.

I have have sent 4 emails as I recieved someone else’s order instead of mine . I have also tried ringing ( the number doesn’t work )
I’ve had no reply at all - this has been going on for over a fortnight - worst customer service ever ( as it appears to non existent) and I’m £85 out of pocket with no explanation.

worked on their website for about 2 months and no payment was made. worst decision ever first time with uk based company.

I received BioBees Fresh Royal Jelly Elixir and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Not only did it arrive promptly, but it also came at a much better price compared to other options on the market. What’s more, considering that the product was out of stock almost everywhere, I was relieved to find it available and ready for delivery.

I got my order much sooner then expected

I placed an order in October '23 and got a notification on 25th November that "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent". I was never notified that it shipped but the money (£52) was taken from my account on the 25th Nov '23. I have emailed and telephoned many times but got no reply.

Ordered on the 9th of September . Product still not arrived showing as not even dispatched .
Emailed to ask and no reply, emailed to ask for refund no reply .
Don’t waste your time and money on this company

Whist I purchased items,the Website showed buy one get one free, however I only received one , I have contacted the sale team and customer service team by email and call for several times, nobody answer the phone, I never get a reply and a refund.
It is a scam!!
