The bloody product itself didnt even arrive! Unbelievable.

very good service for international delivery

I made an order on 16th Oct and haven’t received it for over half month.

When ordering products from Vitamin Planet, it takes a long time to be processed, and shipped over!! This is why I'm only giving 4 Stars, instead of 5 Stars.

Delivery was not comprehensive. Some items could not find.

Not very quick despatch, and product got held up with courier for over a week, so I cancelled the order. However, Vitamin Planet were quick to respond and issued the refund with no quibble.

Never ever gonna order again. I got a wrong order and when I complained they ignored me completely. No refund, not accepting the mistake.
Huge disappointment.

Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was made in good time. Packaging was good and the product arrived in perfect condition. The web site is well laid out and easy to use.

Item never received! After several emails I went to PayPal and put in a dispute! They refunded me straight away!

I will never use this company again. I was sent a Hermes tracking number almost immediately, but seven days went by with Hermes saying they had not received it. Vitamin Planet does not answer the phone, nor reply to voice mails or emails. Finally I was told that Hermes had lost the pallet with my order but it was now found. Several more days elapsed until my small parcel arrived. It could easily have been sent by Royal Mail.

Ordered something nearly a month ago and allegedly it was dispatched a few days afterwards and I was sent a tracking number that does not work. When I contacted them 2 weeks after the order I was told it hasn’t been dispatched? Have since tried to contact since as tracking isn’t valid and my order hasn’t come and have not had a response.

Placed order, several days later notified of dispatch, over a week after that nothing arrived and not trackable on Hermes. Emailed Vitamin Planet to check what was happening and was informed of delays because of moving warehouse, but no explanation of whether order had actually been sent out and was lost, or if notification of it was an admin error. Three emails later the question remained unanswered, so cancelled order and wrote correspondingly critical review. Since then I have received at least 2 emails requesting a review of the product I never received and the same for a review of Vitamin Planet - fed up with deleting requests, here you are.
