Vase required for outdoor use.

I inquired about a vase that I saw online and after checking if was suitable for what I wanted it for, I purchased the item on the advice given by the helpful sales man on the telephone. When vase arrived a few days later it was fine for it use. Many thanks to helpful sales team at Viva Lagoon.

Great product overall, can recommend the service

The pouf I ordered was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The only issue I had and I spend a lot of time on it was on finding out the customs duty when ordering to Ireland from the UK. I didn't get an answer before ordering and faced a large bill to the delivery company before the product was released and delivered.

Product delivered with scratches

Big customs expenses. Product delivered with scratches, but they send full refund because of this. So overall experience was good, I think it is not their fault that the producer of the clock was sloppy and scratched it.

We are very sorry that the product had scratches. We will send you an email to organise for a replacement. As for the customs expense, that's out of our control. Taxes such are VAT are not charged by us for overseas orders however do become payable by your destination country on arrival. The tax rate is determined by the destination country - in your case Romania.

They have great variety of designs

They have great variety of designs, great website, quick deliveries.
But what's really great is Kheira.
I could consult with her about colours, layouts, technic details..
If they don't have products in stock she will get it for you!
My second purchase was a lamp, Kheira made sure I have all the installation details, which in my opinion shows how experienced and professional she is.

Great service

The Coffee cup is gorgeous. It was well packaged and arrived in good time, even with the postal strikes and all the delivery issues. Would definitely use Viva Lagoon again.

Viva Lagoon were a pleasure to deal with from the moment I placed my order. Communication was great from point of purchase online. Would recommend the outside standard lamp.... looks fabulous and expensive, despite being priced very reasonably. thanks for the positive experience.

"DON'T STOP BELIEVING..." This is one of those rare companies that truly values their customers. Put them on your 'Go To List'

Excellent customer service. Very refreshing and reassuring to know that there is still a company out there that knows the value and importance of exceptional customer service and who are proactive and invest their time to 'still pick up the phone' to speak with their customers when needed.

Having placed an order for four bar stools, when they arrived (2 days later) one was unfortunately damaged. Immediately Kheira and Emma sent out a replacement stool with no quibbles. Unfortunately, the replacement chair was also received damaged (likely cause, looking at the condition of the box, the delivery company???) so a sixth stool was issued. This finally arrived in perfect condition with extra packaging just to be on the safe side. Never once did I experience any resentment, attitude or negative tone and I was regularly updated on when I would receive my completed order. Nothing was a hassle and both Kheira and Emma communicated immediately, politely and professionally to resolve the problem, as well as keeping me updated on progress via email. Fantastic customer service from a company that still chooses to talk with its customers personally if you have a problem, rather than hinding behind impersonal automated emails. Well done, keep up the good work. I wish everyone at Viva Lagoon the very best of luck for the future. A company that truly values its customers. Very refreshing and reassuring!
