Came in to Vodafone store to have my eSIM activated and was pleasantly impressed with the service provided. It was a night and day difference from the service I received on a different branch who attempted to help me a day prior.
Tanzeer you’re THE MAN! Thank you for sorting out my sim…much appreciated 🙏🏼

They wouldn’t help unlock my WiFi dongle or did not understand what I wanted to do complete utter waste of time. So I will change supplier when home

The ladies, Saher and Umaima, were incredible and lovely! They helped me sort out my life admin problems of having an eSIM migrated from pre to postpaid. They have great customer service attitudes and were very patient and kind. Great energy and team work!

I stayed on the Greek island of Chios and did not travel to Turkey. Chios is very close to the Turkish coast, and I believe my phone briefly connected to a Turkish network by mistake and I was charged £8 for data from Turkey . As I remained in Greece throughout my trip, I asked Vodafone to review my charges and refund £8. Their agent had great difficulty in understanding my problem although I explained it several times over but, at last he agreed to refer the problem. I would hear from them within 24 hours. Unfortunately I have heard nothing! This suggests the very poor quality of the staff employed to support customers

Once we got the mobile broadband working, the speeds have actually been very good. However, the customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating. The phone system, Tobi app, and in-store support all feel unnecessarily difficult to navigate.
The AI phone assistant is possibly the worst I’ve encountered — it’s incredibly frustrating, often sends you to the wrong department, and wastes a huge amount of time. Once you do get through, different teams provide conflicting information, while emails and texts often contradict each other. There’s no clear email address or direct number to speak to someone who can actually resolve an issue.
You can easily spend over an hour just trying to get through and get a straightforward answer. It’s a real shame because, so far, the internet service itself has been reliable and fast, but the support systems let the whole experience down.
If you have the option, I’d seriously consider going elsewhere.

VODAFONE UK: ACCOUNT NUMBER: 12008871563
I was cold called and contacted by Vodafone and they offered me enhanced terms to change mobile phone providers from LYCA MOBILE to VODAPHONE.
It became clear from the outset that the individuals that represent Vodafone were unprofessional and borderline incompetent.
I received over a dozen calls and emails that had incorrect details including the wrong address, the wrong name, the wrong contract number and the wrong monetary values.
I then informed Vodafone of the errors and explained my disappointment. A member of vodaphone staff with a nickname called Zaddy informed me that the errors had been corrected.
Just so you know, I had ordered a new SIM card with vodaphone and nothing nothing else. To my surprise a brand-new iPhone 17 was delivered by Vodafone incorrectly and I never requested a mobile phone. It was a proposed SIM only contract.
At this point, I was extremely frustrated, as I now started receiving multiple invoices that were incorrect and included a mobile telephone and DID NOT FORM PART OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT.
After multiple calls with Zaddy of vodaphone I informed them I would cancel the proposed contract due to my lack of confidence in Vodafone and the amount of errors that had occurred in the process.
Vodafone then made the necessary arrangements to collect the phone, which they did.
After I returned the mobile telephone iPhone 17 I still continue to receive invoices incorrectly.
I’ve received over 20 emails from Vodafone with incorrect information on them and I continue to receive invoices for services I didn’t request or receive.
To my utter shock, I then received a threatening email from KINDA WEN of VODAPHONE informing me that I will be charged accordingly and the phone will be activated in my name if I didn’t pay the monies due, which made me furious.
I’ve replied to KINDA WEN with six emails informing vodaphone of the situation and Vodafone continue to ignore me.
To date, I’m still receiving incorrect invoices for goods and services I’ve not requested or received.
Vodafone took £30 from my bank account which I was informed was refundable and this has not been refunded.
I requested a Vodafone complaints department email address from KINDA WEN but KINDA WEN continues to ignore my emails.
The staff who I spoke to from Vodafone had a very low command of English and speak with terrible accents and this I believe, contributed to the extensive amount of errors that have occurred through the process.
The Vodafone staff are unprofessional and appear untrained to say the least.
I have wasted hours trying to resolve this with Vodafone and KINDA WEN CONTINUES TO IGNORE MY EMAILS AND DOESN’T RESPOND.
THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH VODAFONE HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING CHANGING MOBILE PHONE PROVIDERS TO VODAFONE …. I WOULD RECONSIDER…. BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS AS ME, YOU WILL LOSE THE WILL TO LIVE BEFORE THE PROCESS IS FINISHED.
During the process I spoke with multiple staff from Vodafone and I noticed that the vodaphone staff don’t give their proper names and use nicknames like zaddy.
When I pointed out the errors documented in the correspondence from Vodafone, I was informed by Zaddy to delete all the incorrect emails. I didn’t delete the emails and kept copies for my records and I also recorded every single conversation with Vodafone to substantiate the ongoing issues.
This has gone on and on, for weeks and weeks and I’ve sent multiple emails to a Vodafone employee called KINDA WEN whom continues to ignore my emails.
This has been a terrible experience and I can’t recommend Vodafone, the Vodafone staff are unprofessional, use nicknames, speak the English very poorly and don’t even bother responding to emails.
I never write reviews, but the experience with vodaphone has been that bad, I felt compelled to do so, so hopefully nobody else has to suffer like I’ve done with these amateurs from Vodafone.
I’ve posted all over my social media accounts about my experience, which highlights Vodafone’s amateur staff.
I’m still waiting for a response from KINDA WEN who continues to ignore my correspondence.
I continue to receive incorrect invoices for services that I’ve not requested or received.
I will update once I get an explanation and response back from Vodafone, but I’m not holding my breath as vodaphone representative KINDA WEN simply ignores the problems and this is probably reflective throughout the compan.
Everything Vodafone have done so far has been wrong and riddled with errors.
My only contact at Vodafone is called KINDA WEN who sent me a threatening email and then when I replied, it doesn’t even bother replying back.
🤬😤😡
Regards
Carl

Here we go again with more payment due date errors by Vodafone. I was emailed and messaged by Vodafone on 30/6/26 to advise that my mobile bill is due for payment on 13/7/26. Then on 7/7/26 I received 2 separate text messages (4 hrs apart) stating it was due by 12/7/26, and then lo and behold ANOTHER one came this afternoon (11/7/26) to say my bill was due for payment today!!! Each one referred to a late payment charge of £5 if I didn't pay on the date quoted. On 7/7/26 I started yet ANOTHER formal complaint with my contact being Adam in the Specialist Care Team, as Vodafone just doesn't seem to know what the heck it is doing with regard to billing and payment due date communications to its customers. It is an absolute fiasco. I have already taken legal advice as I fully intend to ignore these erroneous "reminders" as I have already agreed with Adam that I am paying my bill on the due date which is 13/7/26 - and not a minute before. I tried to call Adam this afternoon, and was cut off TWICE by a call handler called MELANIE, eventually getting through at the 3rd attempt to SHREYAS who didn't cut me off, but couldn't help at all only offering to send a message to Adam who apparently isn't available today. Well Vodafone I WILL NOT pay my bill today, despite all Vodafone's bullying messaging tactics. I will pay it on 13/7/26 when it is actually due, and then wait to see if they dare to levy a late payment fee, as if they do I intend to go straight to legal action to recover the fee and then Vodafone will be liable for not only reimbursing the fee, but for all Court costs, and for remedying any besmirchment of my Credit File; I will also go for costs for the upset and stress of what I have been put through as well over this past week. I cannot wait until my contract is up in November to leave Vodafone for good. They are currently flooding the market with cheap deals but please people do yourself a favour and AVOID VODAFONE AT ALL COSTS so that you don't go through the hell I'm being put through. A note to Vodafone here - please do not bother with your AI generated patronising cut and paste reply as it is totally meaningless in terms of its intent. Also people be aware on Trustpilot of the endless fake 5* reviews - the way they are written totally gives them away. These appear to be downloaded in large batches on a daily basis to keep this totally misleading 4.7* rating going. If you really want to know about Vodafone keep scrolling past all these fake reviews and it becomes apparent that the REAL reviews only give Vodafone 1* with many people complaining about the same issues over and over again, and often stating, like me, that they would give zero stars. All in all Vodafone is a truly terrible, terrible company to deal with - cheap deals mean cheap or no Customer Service when problems happen - and believe me they do CONTINUALLY with Vodafone.
UPDATE 12/7/26 - I cannot believe it but this morning Vodafone sent me yet ANOTHER email telling me my bill was due for payment today! This is nothing short of harassment and clearly demonstrates what a mess this company is in regarding its customer communications! The irony of it being in the the Communications sector of business just beggars belief! Vodafone you should be thoroughly ashamed - you truly are the worst mobile company EVER!
