The junior sales assistant of the store tried to help me with a relatively complicated case, but we didn’t find a solution. I had to return to the store the next day to follow up. What surprised me the most during my second visit was not so much the errors in fulfilling my customer order, but the unprofessional attitude of the store manager.

0 not possible,
Directors and Senior managers said go for sim swap, easy and only a few minutes.
As soon as i explained to "CHI",he shut me down said no cant do it,even though his Seniors told me they will do it.
He was rude, arrogant and got quite aggressive.
I rang vodafone and Josh said let me talk to him,he "CHI" wsas just as obstructive to him,he tried walking awzy with my phone and i said hey stay so i can hear,he got nasty and threatning.
While i was on phone,"CHI" and his mate "HARRY HILL" were whispering and smirking at me and my friend,we had travelled thier on Bosses say zo to get seriously abused.

I had a very good experience at Vodafone that day with Chris.
He patiently and enthusiastically helped me with all my tasks.
I’m really happy that I visited this branch.
All the staff and managers at this branch are excellent. 😊

An update. For your sanity DO NOT USE
VODAFONE!!!!.
I ordered broadband early December 25, BT messed up the fibre and as a result I was informed I would be connected March 26. Not Vodafones' fault I hear you say. I was eventually offered a free router after a long and protracted complaint process. Great , maybe Vodafone will come good in the end and the time taken to deal with issues was a one off!!!! Wrong..... Vodafone set me an account up for 5g router charged me on top of my now functioning fibre. To date I have visited shop locally twice spent well over an hour on online chat, 45 mins on phone twice and still not sorted. This company is a shambles!!!
The last time I reviewed Vodafone re these issues I was contacted and asked to contact them on Facebook!!! I'm not on Facebook and how unprofessional is that in any case. I am at a loss how to proceed, if I stop my d/debit I'll be marked automatically for bad debt. Every time I try and call it's the same old AI bot run around. Like I previously stated ...shambles.
And as of this morning a response that is of no use. Company asking me to go through the hoops to call them again, spend another hour plus on phone or use we chat again both been tried several times and still the issue of shutting my unused and I requested 5g account remains!!! And Vodafone I do not have Facebook!!! 25% of reviews give Vodafone 1 star!!!!! Surely that should prompt CEO to do something!!

on the 19th of febuary i went on to the vodaphone website to buy a sim only for my phone.the transaction went through no problem .i filled in a port form to bring my old number to the new sim , the aim of this was i was going to get broadband off them as well ,so i thought that getting the sim would get me a bit of money off the broadband package as well.
i waited 24 hours for the port to happen it was only from voxi{a vodaphone company}the port didnt happen so at around 7pm i went onto the chat service to find out why? it was the worst thing i could of done the agent couldnt understand what i was talking about ?? bearing in mind this was only just over 24hrs after i had started this process?she couldnt grasp what i wanted and told me to fill another port form in ,this was after an hour of going around in circles.so i was that frustrated i told her to cancel the sim and i would carry on with the voxi sim?ten texts later i was told it was cancelled and i back fro where i started the day before.
The next morning when i got up and i switched my phone on NO SIGNAL i had been cut off i had no means of communication ?? so i drove 20 miles to my daughters house so that i could use her landline and broadband to get back onto vodaphone chatline to find out why i had been cut off.
The agent i spoke to didnt have a clue she spent an hour running around in circles and got nowhere in the end she went to a voxi agent and put me onto him ,he sorted out my connection within 10 mins and i was back online with voxi{well done to him} so that was that{no it wasnt}.
On saturday i got an email and text telling me that vodaphone was going to charge me a months money for the sim i had cancelled ?? so i again i went onto the chat line and asked why i was getting charged for the sim when it had been cancelled in the cooling off period she just did not understand what i was talking about i was still trying to explain to her an hour and a half later .Iasked to speak to a supervisor and she wouldnt put me through to anyone instead she went off for 20 mins and came back and told me i had got a refund and that would cover the bill ?? what a palaver come on vodaphone sort your selves out ??? i will never deal with this company again total chaos ?? and this morning i have yet had another text telling me ive cancelled my direct debit and it will cause me problems if i dont pay the bill for the money i owe them ?? TOTALY CHAOTIC COMPANY

Must be one of the worst customer service experiences from a supposed blue chip company. They promise you a code that they never send. You try calling the customer service centre and all you get is pushed to a messaging service. You leave a message and get no call back or any sort of response. You try Web chat only to go round the houses with AI before finally managing to communicate with a real person. They decide to put your case in the too difficult pile, and so continually pass you on to someone else who is unable to help. Seriously Vodafone UK, how difficult is it to provide a code to unlock my phone……???!!!

Vodaphone has policy to trick people into new long term contracts.
I came to cancel my existing contract as it was too expensive, I was offered to swap for cheaper rate, without mentioning that it will be for 2 years.
Also there was free roaming, but when I went abroad roaming was not working.
When I called to cancel contract, I was dealing with robotic answears abd in the end forced to stay in contract that is not working as it supposed to and I was tricked into wothout my full knowledge of how long its for.
Vodafone is disappointing, I would never be your customer again and I advise everyone against using it.Also Im gona do a blog where I show how they trick people.

Went in with issues with my SIM card. Mohini went above and beyond to help me, she was incredibly patient and smiley and helped me while I was super stressed for over an hour and a half. Her customer service and dedication was impeccable and I can not thank her enough.

"It is 2026, and while Vodafone Group boasts about 6G and 'Hyper-connectivity' in London, it is actively suffocating the digital life of 100 million Egyptians. This is a textbook case of Digital Colonialism and corporate hypocrisy at its finest.
In Egypt, Vodafone enforces a predatory 'Data Quota' system that belongs in the era of floppy disks, not the age of AI. A standard monthly package won't even allow a user to download a single modern video game or stream educational content without 'expiring.' Once this quota is depleted, Vodafone punishes its users by throttling speeds to an unusable 256Kbps. This isn't just slow; it’s a return to 1990s dial-up speeds that effectively disconnects students from their schools and workers from their livelihoods.
The Western World needs to see this Double Standard:
Systemic Exploitation: Why is 'Unlimited Data' considered a basic right for a European citizen, but a 'forbidden luxury' for an Egyptian under the exact same red logo?
The Sustainability Lie: Vodafone Group fills its 'ESG' reports with claims of 'empowering emerging markets.' In reality, they are milking one of their most profitable markets (Egypt) while refusing to invest in the truly unlimited infrastructure they provide elsewhere.
Profit over Progress: They claim 'technical limitations,' yet they report record-breaking annual revenues. They aren't limited by technology; they are limited by Greed. They prefer selling 'extra gigabytes' like a digital drug to a nation desperate for connectivity.
To the UK Management and Shareholders: Your brand is built on the backs of 'Third World' consumers who are being charged premium prices for a crippled, sub-standard service. This is an ethical failure and a violation of the 'Net Neutrality' and 'Digital Equality' principles you claim to uphold.
Stop the Digital Apartheid. Give Egypt Unlimited Internet. Now."
UPDATE: Vodafone UK’s response is a classic corporate diversion. By trying to move this discussion to a private chat, you are attempting to silence a global ethical issue.
This is NOT a support ticket for a slow router; this is a Systemic Policy of Digital Exploitation.
I challenge Vodafone Group to answer publicly:
Why does your "ESG and Ethics" report claim to empower markets while you enforce predatory data caps in Egypt that don't exist in Europe?
Why is an Egyptian customer charged premium prices for 256Kbps "throttled" speeds while UK customers enjoy truly unlimited 5G?
Stop the "Private Chat" tactics. If you value Digital Equality, address this Double Standard here, in the open. Egypt deserves the same "Unlimited" future you sell to the West.

Chris did a fantastic job setting me up with a new phone number and ensuring that all my phone settings were such that I can still use my American SIM without incurring accidental charges. Super quick and easy experience

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Ms Umaima, who did her job superbly. She took the time to hear my concerns and then proceeded to patiently assist me appropriately. She was kind enough to give me written guidance on technical matters when she didn’t have to. I’m pleased with the network service, my new phone and the customer service I received.
