Today I went to Vodafone Bangor to upgrade my phone and Kiane helped with that. He was so kind and helpful. These processes can take a long time but he made me feel comfortable and was so lovely and explained everything in detail and calmly and I didn't mind the time it took with him helping. Excellent knowledge
Visited the store to have a look at what was available. The advisor highlighted that there was a special trade in offer using my current device and helped me get a new iPhone for less than I was paying! It's moments like this I am glad we have stores to visit for helpful little tips like this
