As a long time contract phone user of Vodafone I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received at the Vodafone branch in Bangor when I needed help with a problem with my mobile phone. Nathan and Tegan were fantastic: they resolved the issue efficiently and handled everything in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
