Amazing customer service
I was greeted by the lovely Tabi upon my arrival into the store and was served by a young lady called Maddie. She was very helpful and made sure i understood everything before purchasing my new phone, she even persuaded me to trade in my old phone! From the first moment i walked through the door the girls were so friendly and overall customer service was on point.

Upgrade visit
I went to Vodafone Barrow today for an upgrade and matching smart watch, I was served by Maddie, she was exceptionally polite and delt with my enquiries wonderfully. I left extremely happy with my new contract, phone and expecting my watch to be delivered within the next couple of days.

I have been to a few Vodafone shops, and the barrow store is by far the best, great customer service, the Manager Heather was fantastic, so helpful, and she even helped me set up my broadband, the team in that branch are amazing, and I can't recommend it more. If I could award more than 5 stars I would.
