Dan was amazing
Dan was amazing! So helpful & knowledgeable. He explained everything really well. He & Will were friendly & down to earth with no hard sell, which always puts me off when people try to tell me what I want rather than ask me what I want. Will also got up to help an elderly customer who was struggling with the door, lovely to see in a young person!

I haven’t lived in Barrow in Furness…
I haven’t lived in Barrow in Furness for very long, I was due a new phone and thought I would pop by on lunch from work, I was greeted with a huge smile and a very warm welcome from the store manager, I think she was called heather, there was also a young girl with dark hair who was also extremely welcoming, They went the extra mile, We had a chat, a laugh and I left with a new phone after they told me the benefits of getting a newer device, the store itself was really busy when I went in, and the two girls worked so hard to cater to everybody, there was a guy in store also in a Vodafone uniform however my experience with him was not as pleasant, he wasn’t wearing a name badge so I’m unsure of his name, no smile, no hello and he kept going outside to talk rather than help the girls who where clearly trying to help everyone as fast and efficiently as possible, I wasn’t the only customer to notice this. All in all, my experience in store was lovely and I cannot thank the two women enough for all of their help today!
