very poor service
One of the worst broadband service and technical support I have come across. The service does not work with Sky devices ……the network is poor on their mobile 5g promised when I moved over about sharing a network with 3 well that never ever happens. Sky sent around an engineer and he proved how poor it is on keeping connection with the service.. NOT happy got out and went with SKY instead

Went in to get a new contract for my son. Spoke with Phan, she was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. Unfortunately my son did not get his first contract but she did upgrade all my other SIM only plans and saved me money. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service
I came into the Basildon store to collect an iPhone for my daughters birthday. I can honestly say Phan who was assisting me was absolutely incredible.
