Visited the basildon store today due to my phone needing to be upgraded as it was slow and I spoke to Scott who assisted me and found the perfect phone for me to upgrade to. Very pleased with the service today

Came into store as I had issues logging into my account and needed to upgrade my sim plan I was met with a friendly worker called Scott who helped me login to my online account and helped me upgrade and saved me money on my monthly bill. 10/10 service

Great customer service
I have been a customer at Vodafone for over 20 years. I was assisted with upgrading my phone by a young man called Reece, and I can honestly say he was by far the most helpful person I've had dealings with within this store at Bsildon. I normaly dread the whole upgrade as its all very confusing, and takes ages. Also I have come across some not so helpful people within this store but Reece really took his time and explained everything in such a way i totally understood! His an absolute credit to Vodafone!

Your team that work in the Vodafone store in Basildon are absolutely brilliant I was there yesterday for two and half hours there was a problem with my iPhone 12 mini I could not switch from 3G to 4G it took a lot of perseverance from your staff to get the problem resolved and switch my phone to 4G.
I cannot thank them enough for resolving the problem.
