WiFi performance can be affected by a number of factors, including the layout and construction of the property, the placement of the router, and potential sources of interference. While the router is designed to provide coverage throughout most homes, signal strength can vary between rooms and areas of the property.
If you haven't already done so, we'd recommend speaking with our Broadband Team so they can run some diagnostics and check whether there are any issues affecting your service. They can also provide advice on router placement and discuss options to help improve your WiFi coverage.

Why did I leave O2
Sometimes the cheaper phone contracts are not always the best thing.
Signal is in and out like a yo yo for a start.
The roaming charges are ridiculous. No add on available to buy if you travel out of Europe.
Come on Vodafone step in to the real world.
I can not imagine being told to use a SIM card from another company from o2 , three or EE
Yes I know you have a global package but tell people about it.
You can charge people 7.39 per day for roaming because you don’t have anything in place.
I will never use Vodafone again

Upgraded to a new handset with Jevon in the Vodafone store in Belfast city centre. Jevon was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, he made the upgrade process very quick and painless and explained each stage of the process very clearly. I felt a great sense of trust and honesty from him as he asked me questions about my current phone and listened carefully to my wants and expectations for the new handset. Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service - completely worth coming into town for - patient,comprehensive knowledge of products, tech., deals and details of contracts, transferred everything onto new phone (worth every penny and more of £25 charge) and resolved all minor glitches. Better deal for me than main competitors. Willingness to sort any future issues much appreciated. Also, the staff were very kind, understanding, helpful and patient with the many customers who came in while I was there who didn't have English as a first language and who were trying to get phones sorted - impressive.
