Thank you Jan for the upgrade today. She went through the process very efficiently and was able to help me with my trade in even though the my Vodafone app was not working correctly on my phone. She was very accommodating. Special mention to Victoria who was able to help me a few weeks back with a separate issue. She went above and beyond for me. Great team.

Excellent service today from Jan. Sourced out the best deal for me and also her and the manager dealt very patiently and professionally with a difficult customer who interrupted the meeting I was having in regards to my contract renewal on 2 occasions. I've been a customer with Vodafone for many years and have always found the staff at Vodafone Forestside to be extremely helpful and professional.

Vodafone shop in forestside is a great shop, with fantastic & helpful staff, especially victoria-flavia, who went above & beyond to facilitate several queries I had with a couple of contract phones I have with Vodafone. Caolan very helpful and supportive. You need a salesperson like him, very patience all my questions , inquiries absolutely he answered and I am satisfied. Today I have no plan to upgrade . But with caolan attitudes towards customers is brilliant you need staff like him. Plus the manager as well very helpful and kind. Neil the manager brilliant. And Scott was very friendly, the manager and caolan. The best place to get your mobile. No plans to upgrade but because of your staff made me get a new one. Happy Christmas to all .
