One of the most awful companies I have ever been with. Customer service is nil. Respect for customers is minus 0.
I joined because there is a Vodafone shop in town so I thought first hand help and advice with an agent to talk face to face. NO! Lovely when I signed up but after, told we cant help you. You need to call Vodafone. So i call. Agents are based in Egypt, difficulty in understanding their English. Calls last about an hour as every time, im put on hold while they check with others. Frustrating. I joined in June 2026 , only a month but im told my next bill is £68 due to other reasons yet I was told I had a credit of £82 due to no service caused by an accident cutting off service for 2 weeks.. They cant get Openreach to visit my premises and if they cant reach Openreach, they give you the number and Openreach asks for your bank account details to take money out for any visit, even though Vodafone initiated visit. All of them are foreign. Vodafone is foreign owned. Service has gone downhill and ages to get any help. Avoid this company. Its hype is phoney. Do not recommend at all and beware of giving your bank details out.
I see i got a reply from Vodafone. I am 83 years old and disabled. All this reply does is tell me to repeat what I initially have been doing all along and left hanging on the phone speaking to people I have difficulty understanding. There is no direct help line. You are told the agent has to check with others and again youre left on the phone up to an hour with still no help.
